The place was very clean and they asked for ID. I got a regular nose piercing a day ago. I had to fill out some forms before getting it and the price was $30. Got my tattoo done approximately 2 weeks ago .I was referred by my cousin because he got a similar tattoo that was done by Atto which was done really good, however when i went he was unavailable so the next artist by the name of Chino did my tattoo its been 2 weeks and the tattoo is already faded. When I went for him to correct it he was most unprofessional and i guess it's safe to say that this guy is a pathological liar. He didnt want to own up to his actions only to impress his manager i guess ............ on the other hand .... the rest of staff were professional ...... i would not recommend chino to anyone. Had a tattoo done by someone not sure of name but it was done twisted instead of straight as it was supposed to be, a year and a half later it's fading and now I have to schedule an appointment w someone else to have it re-done. Oh yeah and they charged 280 for something every other place told me 120 max, should have shopped around first. Also had my ear pierced about 5 years ago, hole was too low and left terrible scarring. I've come here all the time for most of my tattoos, Pete the owner is very warm & welcoming he basically makes you feel like family & is willing to work around your price budget. Don did my husband's tattoo which was drawn on his skin as a free style; he took his time unlike most tattoo artist who do rush. When he was done it literally looked like a master piece!! I went back a few days later to get mine done; 3 1/2 hrs later I was very pleased with my new ink. Don't listen to what the below reviews haft to say. Hi okay, so I've gotten a tattoo here and a piercing (which I regret so much)First of all, these guys are the funniest people I've met. They have a good sense of humor and they didn't make me feel awkward when I was getting a tattoo (considering I'm the only girl and there were three guys there). They didn't overcharge me (I got a tattoo of a mermaid on my upper arm), and I love the work he put into it. But, I feel that he could've done a better job with detail. Now with the piercing.. I have 15 piercings, (mostly on my ears, belly button, and nostril), so I thought it was no big deal getting my cartilage re pierced, only it was the biggest mistake of my life. He pierced me with the biggest gauge I've ever seen (most likely the size of my belly button) and you're definitely not supposed to be piercing with that size just for a cartilage! Not only that, he was super rough with my ear and the very next day my ear developed that bump next to the piercing! I'm pretty sure his jewelry wasn't sanitary since I didn't see him sanitize the earring at all.Overall, the guys are cool. But the only flaw, your piercer isn't a good one. I would give this place a 3, but, I don't believe the place is very sanitary. I've honestly had better experiences piercing my ears at a kiosk at a mall. Read Less

First of all, poor apprentice Ryan; getting flustered because of a smile! I'm kidding, though it was fun to see the dynamics of this shop which is very happy and friendly.I came in to get my lip ring changed to a labret stud. They had the same odd issue as my original piercer had with my lip but when all is said and done, they did a great job changing my 16 gauge to a 14 gauge.
