Overall not too good of an experience. Do not rely on their walk-in policy. Went there on 2 Saturdays in a row and was told both times they were already booked. The store opens at 12 and I was there at 12 with no other customers around. Both times I was told somebody called out. Frustrating! Eventually, I did get my tattoo done. The result looks average, positioning on my upper arm is 'off'. I paid $240 for a 35 minute job. I scheduled another appointment and the appointment was cancelled due to a call out (3rd time). I was fed up and stopped by and picked up my deposit. My recommendation to the ownership: have a back-up plan when somebody calls out or do not advertise the walk-in days. I won't be back! Read Less

John did my tattoo. He was very patient and made any changes I wanted. He was very neat, organized and made me comfortable. I am in LOVE with the work he did. Put $100 down and waited for my appointment. Called a couple of days early to see the progress of the design. Was told I will see it the day of appointment. When I got there, I was showed the design by the girl at the front desk. When I told her I wanted to change some stuff, she went back to the artist and told him. He said he would not change anything. I said I would not be tattooed something I did not like. They would not change the design or give me back my $100. Horrible way of doing business. I would never go back there. Read Less
