I have 3 tattoos so I have so expectations. The place was clean sure but I couldn't believe how rude the owner. He was just mocking everyone in the place. Not even in a playful way just mean. One girl was a little shaking up from her first tat and he was mocking her for having tears in her eyes. I also saw him ask a college girl in there what she was studying. When she said special education he asked "why do you want to teach retards your whole life?"I walked right out after hearing him for about another 20 minutes.I'll take my buissness else where Read Less

Super knowledgable and they give great advice. I've gotten a few tattoos by Tony so far and I love them all. He's even touched up one I had done by a previous artist. Have gotten a couple piercings done also (which I unfortunately have since taken out for work related reasons) but they were all placed perfectly and healed quickly. Brought my almost 16 year old daughter in to get her nose pierced today. She was so excited. I believe the man at the front desk's name was Mike........INCREDIBLY nasty, sarcastic and unprofessional. Huge dog in the store (isn't that illegal or maybe it's just dirty?). My daughter and her friend pet the dog and commented on how cute he was and this charmer tells them "He's not a friendly dog, he's the kind of dog that will bite you if you bother him". Not sure if that was his attempt at humor......but it wasn't appreciated. My daughter was taken in the back and she tells me the man who did the piercing was nice. Piercing looks fine. (Only reason for the one star)  She comes out and asks a question about the after care and the lovely front desk man responds "If you had listened to me........" and repeats the instructions. I get up to leave before I open my mouth and embarrass her. As I exit the shop I tell my husband I would never recommend the place to anyone. I assume he heard because he comes out of the shop immediately after us with the dog on a lease and tickles my daughters stomach. Please don't put your hands on a young girl you don't know. That's business 101. My older son has three tats and as an overprotective mother I researched extensively throughout the tri-state area and went with him for every piece. Best piercing in the area hands down!  Very clean facility.  I don't know the name of the very nice guy who pierced my nose but he did an awesome job with placement and it healed fast.  He also did upper cartiledge in my ears and those also healed very well and very fast.  He knows what he is doing!! This is a really awesome place!  This was my first visit, always saw this place whenever I would drive through Pleasantville.  I came in and Tony took really good care of me.  He took his time and helped me with the final design of my tattoo.  He was really awesome and extremely professional.  The work he did for me far exceeded my wildest expectations!  The artist rooms are sterile and super clean.  If you are considering a tattoo for the first time or getting more ink, you need to come here and see Tony!  He is the man!Can't wait to come back and get more ink!
