Stacy aka Rex is the best in the business.. I have had the privilege of 3 pieces inked on me by such talent. I travel from Syracuse to Oswego and will continue to do so.. I have never gotten ink done here and never will, not after the three times I have visited. I came in once to ask some questions and when I walked in no one was in there at all. I waited for a couple mins and looked through some portfolios and when a young man who was very thin asked how long I had been inside waiting. I came through a side door connected to other shops and I guess they had been out side smoking. The guy was rude and acted like I snuck in and he made it seem like my questions where a waste of his time. A year later I go back in to ask some questions again and a short blonde girl greeted me with a smile and once I started asking questions she got rude real fast. Months later is the last time I came in, and the same girl was there and had a worse attitude and kept shooting down what I was trying to ask about cover ups and touch ups. A girl who the first girl had been talking to before I came in said if I wasn't happy with the answers her friend was giving me there was other shops I could go to and that was that. I will never step foot in there again. Ever. the people are so rude and mean and won't even help you. I don't recommend them to any one, not with the awful service they provided me the three times I even stepped in. Read Less

HIGHLY RECOMMEND INKINGS.  I have been looking for the right tattoo for several months now, I didn't take getting this tattoo lightly at all. I went to several tattoo parlors, spoke with several artists and checked out their portfolios.  Once I got to Inkings, Keith Greeted me, I explained to him what I wanted but I wasn't sure exactly, I just had an idea.  Well Keith spent a LONG TIME on the internet looking for photos and running ideas by me until I found EXACTLY what I wanted.  He had amazing Idea's and took the time to help me choose the PERFECT Tattoo.  Then he drew 4 different sketches of the tattoo before I found the perfect one.  My tattoo took four hours to complete and it came out Awesome.  Nobody could have done a better job, it was as good as it could possibly be.  He finished my tattoo a around 10pm then still took the time to explain the aftercare to me.  He really takes pride in his work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone looking to get a tattoo.  I can't thank Keith enough for all of his help from the minute I walked through the door to when my tattoo was finished. I had my first tattoo done there by James, he rushed it I'm pretty sure since he had a guy waiting and mine was taking longer than expected. The tat did not come out good and didn't heal well; it was very blotchy and the outside lines we done poorly. I'm pretty sure this wasn't due to my lack of care, I thought I was good about that. I ended up going to Spectrum and having them (the artist's name escapes me) touch it up, looks better now.Read Less
