Finally a piercing shop that actually has earrings for your piercings, seems like a given, but it's not. I went to three different piercing shops on Long Island and not one of the shops had hoop earrings for my tragus or forward helix piercings. So I had to drive four and a half hour away to find a hoop. (Alright, I was in the area, but still.) So I'm strolling down Main Street in Oneonta and I see this place but they didn't open until noon so I walked into another piercing place down the street and they didn't have any hoops either. I really cant understand the concept of calling yourself a piercing shop if you don't have a variety of earrings to put in peoples' piercings. When this place opened at noon I walked in and voila, hoops for tragus piercings, amazing stuff, really.Side note: this place is airy bright and CLEAN. I was loving the exposed brick with the art on the walls, really nice place and made you feel like you were working in a sterile environment when necessary. The guy helping me was great and super knowledgable about all things piercing. He showed me a hoop and I didn't like the color of it, I wanted rose gold. He told me they could do some sort of magic back there to change the color of the hoop. Something with water light ions electrical activity, everything over my head basically. The hoop was $15 and since I hadn't had a piercing in my tragus for a few months, he wanted to do some kind of sterile insertion, which cost an additional $5. I have gone to piercing shops all over Western, NY have had my earrings sterilized and it didn't cost me anything but this place used a special machine to sterilize their equipment so paying the additional $5 just to be extra safe didn't bother me at all. The guy talked me through everything he was doing, which made me feel super confident in what he was talking about and also comfortable. I watched the sterilization process and also watched him change the color of the earring. It definitely didn't come out to be the rose gold color I wanted, it was very dark but it did have a gold tint so it was good enough for me. He put the earring in no problem and I was on my way. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy body jewelry or have a piercing done. It is clear they know what they're doing and have a really clean environment, which is always a plus in my book. Read Less
