I got my nose pierced here. This was my first time getting a piercing since my mum got my ears pierced when I was less than a year old. I'll admit I was scared. But making the appointment was a breeze. Brooke was fantastic about helping me choose a piercing. She even does special orders of jewelry if you ask her. Loran was wonderful in doing the piercing. As soon as I walked in the shop I was greeted with a smile by very friendly staff. The inside is very clean and relaxed. I went for the substance abuse awareness promotion and could not have left any happier. Tiffany did a wonderful job on the most meaningful ink work I've had done yet. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with my design and took her time doing the work. Although we chose a simple design for the red ribbon project, Tiffany still treated it as though she were inking her greatest masterpiece. They fixed my daughters piercing (done somewhere else �).. they were super amazing about fixing it. Very friendly people! The shop was extremely clean and well put together. He made sure my daughter was relaxed and comfortable and talked to her thru the hole process.. they had to take the old piercing out and put in a new one, then clean up her ear because of the barbell.. I didn't have any "work" done, I was there as moral support for my sister, but their shop was very nice, the staff was very friendly and professional. They take all precautions to maintain "germ-free" service and they talk you through the procedure so you know exactly what to expect. After they were done with her piercing, they made sure she was fully informed on the care of the site and told her to call with ANY questions. All in all, I would recommend Skin Deep to anyone looking for a piercing or a tattoo, etc. If they can't help you they are honest about it and will suggest where you may be able to find what you seek. I got my double forward helix pierced here a few months back. The 1st hole turned out great the 2nd hole on the other hand is horrible. The barbell is way too small for my ear. When he was putting it in he had to squeeze it so it fit. The piercer told me over and over again that my ear would not grow over the jewelry and it did, twice in the back and once in the front. There is no room on the bar for the piercing to swell. I understand that the piercer doesn't have control over the healing of my ear, but he did have control over the size bar he put in. I also got my septum pierced here and it was pierced crooked. I live about 2hrs away from this place so its hard to get there. I will not be returning and I wish I could get back the money I spent here. Read Less
