My friend got her belly button pierced here and it has ruined her experience forever getting another piercing. First off the prices are cheap that's true but what you pay for is what you get and what you get is horrible customer service and uncomfortable environment. The piercing wasn't even in her belly button it was just above it. When my friend called back and asked why it wasn't in the belly button, she said that she had an "larger belly." Who would even say that? She was also very rude on the phone. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. The people there are rude and just blatantly have no social skills.

So I got my first tattoo at Rosebud Tattoo in Norwich thanks to a Christmas gift certificate from my wife Dee 2 weeks ago. Brett was my artist and made me feel at ease right from the start. I had looked at hundreds of tats but couldn't find the design I wanted. I only had a tshirt with the details I was looking for. I was pleasantly suprised to find out that Brett had already done a drawing with what he thought would look good. After a couple of changes that we agreed on, I felt like I had a hand in getting the design I was looking for. Brett was thorough in describing the process with needle prep, infection avoidance and aftercare. It was a great experience and I love my new ink!!!!!

My friend got her belly button pierced here and it has ruined her experience forever getting another piercing. First off the prices are cheap that's true but what you pay for is what you get and what you get is horrible customer service and uncomfortable environment.
