Came here to get an stud to put in my ear at home and normally when piercers pick up unused and sterile earrings they wear gloves and keep it in a bag but here the woman walked to the back and came back with the earring in her hand dirtying it and put it in the bag and handed it to me like that, I purchased it and the moment I walked out the door and tossed the bagged earring in the nearest garbage can I could find.  This isn't the first time I went there I previously got my tragus pierced and a couple days it got infected and had to take it out but I learned from my mistakes and decided to go to Graceland tattoo which was the best decision and I highly recommend it Read Less

I got my very first tattoo done here for my 18th birthday by VRM. I showed him a small flower that I wanted, and I explained a few little changes I'd like to see. He came back a little while later with exactly what I had in mind, and asked me to hold onto the design and look at it for a while to be sure it was exactly what I wanted. He was extremely kind and patient throughout the whole process, and it made a situation that could have been quite scary very comfortable. He walked me through everything and afterward went through the aftercare instructions with me. Brought my 3 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced, everyone there was so nice and encouraging and the piercer (Melissa) was beyond wonderful with my daughter. She let her watch the fish tank and took her time showing my daughter what was going to happen, and it all went seamlessly, she didn’t even flinch! I got my nose piercing done here and the service was great. I called ahead of time just to make sure the piercer was there, who is there on Friday's. I went and my nerves quickly went away. She was able to explain everything to me, making me feel at ease. When she pierced my nose, I honestly didn't even feel it. It's been about a month since I've gotten it done and I've had no problems. This shop gave me STAF infection thanks to their unprofessional piercer. Honesty this shop was terrible. I have 13 piercings and not one had been done incorrectly or got infected. I got my Daith pierced at this shop and the lady(piercer) had put the needle through in the incorrect spot causing me to pass out. This is the only piercing I've gotten that has been infected and now my infection has actually spread inside my body above my ear region. This shop was dirty, people were just hanging around, the piercer did not know what she was doing at all. My daughter got a daith piercing here, first they said they take credit cards and when she went to pay they told her they don't that particular one but never stated so over the phone.  The women that pierced my daughter bent the needle herself instead of using a pre bent needle. The piercer did not the proper jewelry for this piercing either and i believe she told my daughter she never did one before. My daughter was in severe pain during and after this piercing, she passed out in the shop.  This is not her first piercing either. She has 3 holes in ears 2 of which she did herself, a nose piercing which was also a home job, a professional belly button piercing and angel and snake bites on her lips professionally done.  Not 1 of those piercings got infected or had any problems.  The swelling was insane also. She got an infection that she is still fighting a few months later. She went to another shop where she had an older piercing done and spoke to the piercer there also had her jewelry removed. This piercer told her they did it in the wrong place which is why it was so painful and shouldn't have bent the needle herself. She also told my daughter that the way/place it was pierced caused it to not properly heal allowing bacteria in for infection. This is her 3rd round of antibiotics and she may lose part of her ear if the infection does not properly respond to the antibiotics.  This women had no business doing a piercing which she wasn't properly trained to do and had never attempted before. This place is horrible and doesn't care about their clients only money and they charged about $20 less any other shops in the area. Be careful going here, i wouldn't want anyone else to sufer the way she has been. And yes she was properly taking care of it as she has all her tattoos and piercings. Read Less

Went in January to get mother daughter tats. We had two different artists, both my and my daughters tattoos came out looking like the same person did them. This shop is immaculately clean and stafff makes you feel right at home.I have known the owner since he was just getting his feet wet in this business. He had talent,dedication to the crart, and standards. Happy to see this hasn't changed. MALLENNIUM IN NEWBURGH  GOOD LUCK!!!!!! its a gamble one of those places u can get a ok tattoo or a nightmare... I went here with my daughter. She has gone to a few places. We saw AJ. He gave us a quote o 300.00 and said that was low but he really wants to do it. My daughter went there 2 weeks later on his next available appt. Well she comes home with just an outline. He told her he had to make it slightly bigger so he will work with her. Number one he gave her a price. I will work with you? Now AJ Is telling my daughter another 300.00 to do the outline . I never thought work with you is double the price. He knew exactly what she wanted. Talk about a crook!!!!!! He just screwed a 23 year old. I would never ever refer this place to anyone. If you do go here make sure you get it in writing. Also there hourly charge. I will post bad things about them everywhere: They don't even deserve to be in business! Ended up going to the shop and the owner of the shop was so damn rude! Recently got my conch and cartilage pierced. I walked in waited like 10-15min for her to be finished with someone else, and was pierced and out within the next 15mins.  Super fast, smooth, clean, and neat piercings.  No swelling, infections, or problems over 4 months later. I have seen some nice tattoos come out of this shop but I am not sure who the artist's were. What I can tell you is that they tattooed my daughter when she was 18. She is now 21.  We were at a tattoo convention in NYC and the producer of America's worst tattoos saw it and asked her to please submit an application to be on the show.   He was shocked at the poor quality of it. As well as the bad design and layout. It is simply lettering! How bad could it be? Bad!We've tried to get coverups or at least ideas for coverups from many different artists at different shops and nobody wants to touch it.  A couple years ago I called the owner about the situation and he pretty much didn't believe me and said that if she liked it when she left and that if she approved the layout then it's not their fault that she doesn't like it.  She was 18! And for some stupid reason she thought she would go and get her first tattoo without me. I'm over that, but I'm pissed that they gave her such a bad tattoo.  Now she has to go through expensive laser treatments to lighten the tattoo enough to have someone attempt a cover-up.  Be careful! Horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. I unfortunately got stuck with an "artist" by the name of Colin that I assumed based on the reputation of the tattoo shop was experienced enough to do simple line-work. It wasn't until I got home and the healing process started that I noticed the letters weren't completely filled in, some were lopsided & the tattoo is permanently raised due to the pressure he put on it. Excellent tattoo place.  I had Ariel fix a tattoo that I had done in Albany back in 1993.  It was a hand drawn mouse. I wanted to do a cover-up.  Ariel took one look and told me he could fix it, no problem.  A cover-up was out of the question because of the colors of the original tattoo, but Ariel explained what he would do.At the same sitting, I wanted a Chinese dragon done on my right forearm.  I went online and printed out 5 different dragon styles.  I was very indecisive about which one.  Hell, it is a permanent decision.  Ariel was very patient and we talked about it and I finally decided.  He did a great job and even added some personal touches.  He had previously given me a price that I thought was too low, but he honored his word.  I respected that so I gave him a big tip.  I had visited 5 other tattoo shop all over the area.  I didn't get a good vibe from any of them.  One guaranteed me that he could cover-up the mouse, which I later learned was impossible.  There are a lot of dishonest tattoo artists that just want your money.  You don't have to worry about that at Millenium.  I would go back to Ariel anytime and I would recommend him 110%. This place is top notch!! The artists are amazing and go out of their way to make you as comfortable as they can, and make sure you have a great experience getting tattooed. Everyone there is professional, and very eager to give you that kick ass tattoo you want. The shop is awesome! Very clean and tons of flash and other artwork. They also have the best piercer around. Jesse is the man! This dude knows just about everything there is to know about piercings.
