It was my first time going to a tattoo convention. It was pretty cool. Thanks to my wife for my ticket (birthday present), thanks to my sis for my birthday tattoo.

This is the original tattoo convention in NYC; it's somewhat an offshoot of the old Tattoo Society gatherings. Artists from around the country and from around the world attend and create a local "buzz" by attracting tattoo collectors from the tri-state area. I'm pleased to attend, tattoo and be included in history of NYC Tattooing.

I went for my first time in 2011 and had a great time. Every year it's been great. I was hoping that there was a new place since Roseland is closing :-( when I heard they are continuing at a new venue...
I went for my first time in 2011 and had a great time. Every year it's been great. I was hoping that there was a new place since Roseland is closing :-( when I heard they are continuing at a new venue I was happy. I've been to a few other ones in the ny area , westchester and Nassau colliseum and the show was just not as good. Cant wait for June!! :-)))))
