So I went here one day and spoke to a guy name Armando I told him I wanted to get a tattoo done in memory of my brother that past away I showed him some idea that I had(nothing over the top) and he said okay give me your name number I'll sketch something and send you the picture when it's done. I agreed this was on a Thursday on Saturday I called cause I haven't heard back fromHim he said he will have it done by Monday cause they closed on Sunday I said if you can't accommodate me I'll take my business else where he said no Monday. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went. I just was completely OVER THIS PLACE! this isn't how you do business and let's be serious it doesn't take that long to compose a sketch a sketch can be done on the spot in few hrs. Any looking to get work done SKIP THIS SPOT! Take your money else where!

Amazing spot to get tattoos or a piercing! I got my nose piercing here (for those who wonder how much I believe it was $30) and was more than satisfied with the result. The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, patient and understanding. I would HIGHLY and 100% recommend going here.

Been getting tattoos here for years. Not many people know about Lupitas its kind of a word of mouth kinda place but the work is great. Ive gotten tattoos from everyone there but my main artist Negro thats done almost all my work is a great guy and good friend of mine. Go check him out say Big Chris sent you he will hook you up.

The place is amazing! The environment is comfortable and soothing. The parlor is very neat and in place. They keep the air fresh in the hallway and room with good scents. The people are welcoming, very patience and understanding. I went to Lupita tattoos a couple times. I've got two tattoos from them so far, and I also got industrial piercing including a septum piercing. I like the female especially, which I'm assuming her name is Lupita. She's very pretty and soft spoken. The husband, and her brother/brother in law are awesome! They're tough looking, but they're chill. I like the husband because knows what he's doing when it comes down to piercing.

Lupita has worked on my skin for over 8+ years. I have never had issues or problems with her work. She is very patient and VERY talented. Good work and great service! A+++

Do not go here to get any kind of tattoo or piercing. The place is dirty, smells, and the workers are rude and unhygienic. Since there is no where else to buy rings for my nose and ear piercings, I often have to go there to get them, and I have to wait for 20-30 minutes for anyone to notice me, while the workers rush to the side of others who walked in after me. Once, while waiting to buy a nose ring, I watched one tattoo artist tattooing a woman's back. While he was doing so, he was eating an ice cream. During the tattoo, some of the ice cream dripping onto his glove, so he proceeded to lick it off and keep tattooing her. I was so disgusted that I never went back. Please- if you live in New Rochelle and you'd like a tattoo/piercing, please travel somewhere else to do it. My brother's piercings from Lupita's are uneven, and my mother-in-law was given the incorrect advice on how to care for her first tattoo, and because of it, some of the ink was pulled out of the tattoo by the cream she was told to use on it for 2 weeks (in reality, A+D ointment should only be used on a tattoo for 2-3 days). When my friend got his tattoo there, they did not work with him and do a professional job- he has a birthmark on his chest, which most tattoo artists would have either worked around, or shaded through, but at Lupita's, they just left it and it now looks like the tattoo is messed up, because of the birthmark. You DO NOT want your tattoo done here.

The place is amazing! The environment is comfortable and soothing. The parlor is very neat and in place. They keep the air fresh in the hallway and room with good scents. The people are welcoming, very patience and understanding. I went to Lupita tattoos a couple times. I've got two tattoos from them so far, and I also got industrial piercing including a septum piercing. I like the female especially, which I'm assuming her name is Lupita. She's very pretty and soft spoken. The husband, and her brother/brother in law are awesome! They're tough looking, but they're chill. I like the husband because knows what he's doing when it comes down to piercing.

Do not go here to get any kind of tattoo or piercing. The place is dirty, smells, and the workers are rude and unhygienic. Since there is no where else to buy rings for my nose and ear piercings, I often have to go there to get them, and I have to wait for 20-30 minutes for anyone to notice me, while the workers rush to the side of others who walked in after me.
