Although i had read mediocre reviews of this place, I decided to get my first tattoo here. I wanted very simple, unembellished text in white on my wrist. Like another commenter below, the artist spent a significant of time arguing me about the color of my tattoo and which way it should face on my wrist. i felt like he was insulting me about the decisions i made in how to decorate MY body. I have gotten more tattoos elsewhere since, and have never been treated so poorly since. True artists offer stylistic advice but without making the customer feel stupid or imposing unwanted advice. Since then, i have asked the artist to touch up my tattoo twice. The first time, they obliged, but the second time I was again insulted. Although most of the tattoo looks wonderful, three of the letters are more faint than the rest, resulting in an uneven looking tattoo. I asked him to fix this, and he told me it was my fault I didn't like how it looked because I got it in white. Then, he told me i would have to have it touched up every year because of my bad decision. When i explained that i am totally satisfied with how it looks after 2 coats of ink (minus the three fainter letters), he told me he guessed he'd fix it "if I really wanted," but he'd have to charge me because "this is a business." All I know is I want to support a business that takes pride in its work and does not let a customer go unsatisfied, not one that sees each person who enters as a cash cow. I feel like i should also mention that while the tattoo is only 1 square inch, the artist charged me $80, which is $20 over the store minimum. i have never paid as much for any other tattoo, despite this white one being the smallest of them all. Don't go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read Less
