Helene made me feel completely comfortable despite being nervous! Her office is light & airy. She is so sweet & cares that you are so very satisfied! I had my eyebrows microbladed & definitely will recommend her to all who cross my path! Being an older woman, never having a tattoo. I was afraid. But the process is easy & Helene tells you all you need to do to care for you new eyebrows to highlight my face! I was so very tired of having to drawn them in when one was bigger or thinner than the other. Now they are perfect thanks to Helene! She is a true Diamond in our community! Snatch her up before her prices go up! Well worth staying in Oneida County than travelling for double the price! She is a NYS Registered Microblader & she has other services she performs, that I recommend checking out ! Helene made my life easier! Thank you Helene!

I hate to do this but I had my eyeliner done May 20th. She said does the first treatment then likes to do a touch-up 5-6 weeks later. I did not schedule the touch-up at The first appointment because I wanted to see what the healing time was like and I had a vacation planned. Over the last 3 weeks I have made about 5 phone calls and sent a text message, which she stated I could do, to make the touch-up appointment and I have had no response. Now I'm left with trying to find someone else to correct my eyeliner. The left eye is spotty in places and the right eye just looks as though I didn't wash my makeup off well. I even stated in a message that if there was a reason she didmt want to do it to at least let me know. Very disappointed.

Helene worked wonders for my lack of brows. No one has guessed that I had wake up with make up applied. She was extremely fussy to get the exact look that worked for me. I love my new brows and would do it again. I would recommend Helene to anyone wanting to wake up with make up!

My eyelids were a little pink and eyelashes were very light. Always had to put liner on upper and lower lids to look awake!! Had upper and lower lids done and love them!! Very natural looking and even without mascara, my eyes look alive.
