I’ve never had an issue with them and always left satisfied as well as anyone who I’ve sent in their direction. The girls at the desk very clearly state the procedures and policy they have beforehand and have you sign paperwork every time, no matter how many times I’ve been there. If you’re anything like me, often times you sign your life away without reading agreements because you’re so excited, so it’s definitely helpful they read it to me so I don’t just blindly agree to something. This business in my mind is not a reputable business, without even consulting with an artist, I gave a good faith deposit of fifty dollars, and was never advised that the deposit was non refundable, within hours of making the appointment, I called the shop back to tell them that my boyfriend surprised me with other arrangements for a tattoo elsewhere, which gave the artists more than enough time to fill the appointment. I was told that my fifty dollars was being kept because the artist spent time drawing up my stencil, that I never discussed or consulted with the artist, also I was asked to email them a picture of what I wanted and I never did because I was canceling the appointment. The stencil looks like it was drawn up within four minutes with a sharpie and it is totally uneven. Be cautious when dealing with this business. Read Less

I love it here! Everyone is so kind and they make sure you're comfortable. They also ask how you're doing and make conversation while doing your tattoo. It isn't awkward at all! Chris H. is the best! Ive been to Two Tone multiple times! Not only did I get my nose pierced by Chris, but I also got my first tattoo with him as well. Chris made me feel super comfortable and reassured me with all my question and concerns. He sketched up my piece and we decided in size and placement. Overall I had an amazing experience, amazing being an understatement!!! Though I am moving soon I'll come back to get any more tattoos I want in the future. My hip piece is everything I've ever wanted and more! The tattoo itself took a little less than 3 hours but I was super comfortable and Chris made sure I was alright the entire time. I went to go and get a lip piercing tonight, and unfortunately my experience was not the greatest. The piercer I believe goes by the name of Chris H was very rude, impatient, and disrespectful. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. I went into the shop blind because the artist who I was referred to is out this month, but the shop manager hooked me up with another who had an availability within a few days of when I dropped by. I had a reasonable quote in my visit and then went home to await the day. Coming back, I received the same excellent service with friendly greetings, and any help I needed, that I had on my first day there. My tattoo went quickly and smoothly, and I even paid a little bit less than my original estimate.I was tattooed by Chris and the experience was excellent. I'm happy with the experience completely and will definitely return to this shop in the future.They are CASH ONLY (like most tattoo shops!). Everyone was friendly, the place and instruments very clean, but my tattoo came out horrible.  It wasn't what I wanted but was steered toward it due to what I thought was a good creative mind by the young girl who performed it.  Boy was I wrong.  It came out uneven, unbalanced and overall just horrible.  One other thing to mention is MAKE sure you get your estimate in writing.  I was given a verbal price at the time of booking with NO mention of the possibility of it costing more, depending on "the amount of time" they take on the tattoo.   The price I was quoted was $150.00 and the price she tried to charge at check out was $350.00.  There was no reasoning with them or the owner about the situation and all stated that "this is how all tattoo shops handle pricing.  This was my third tattoo and neither of the other two shops tried that game with me.  When you quote a price a company, unless playing pricing games, will stick to the price.  Needless to say I refused paying that amount but did end up paying $250 which I only did because they were wearing me out.  Buyer beware!
