Further, she knew I was nervous but was very patient and when I let her know I was ready, she was quick....over and done with before I knew it. Yesterday i got my tragus pierced here, and the staff was great. I didn’t handle the pain very well and was very light headed and dizzy and no one left my side once. The whole staff came in to make sure everything was ok and brought me water and candy to help me feel better. The piercing is adorable and placed great. I called on a Sunday asking if I could walk in and get a tattoo done of something I drew. I was luckily told if I got there in an hour, Mars would be able to do my tattoo. Mars was great. He was professional, and copied my drawing exactly how I wanted it in less than an hour. They seem to do great work here. Read Less

Do not get pierced here. I have multiple piercings and have never once had an issue, including have had my nose pierced in the last with zero issues. I came here in January to get my nose piereced. I usually go out in Jersey but was feeling spontaneous. I knew this place had been around for a while and had yet to hear anything bad so I figured I'd give them a shot, plus, how bad could someone screw up a nostril piercing? Apparently a lot. The guy who did the piercing was extremely rude. He acted like I was annoying him for asking for a piercing. I brushed it off. Tried to make small talk, nothing. He wouldn't say a word. It was seriously so bizarre. As he's doing the piercing I experience the first bit of trouble. He couldn't push the needle through in one shot and tried to blame me for it. Then after he goes "you know what to do to heal." OK BUD THANKS. Also he bent the jewellery so weird that it constantly hung out of my nose. I was in so much pain for days. My nose was bright red and bleeding and bruised. He messed up. I grew a giant red bump next to the piercing which I found out is caused by improper piercing. I waited 3 months and tried to change to a hoop hoping it would solve thus giant bump on my nose. I can't get anything in this piercing because that stopping mid-piercing I guess made the piercing no longer straight. It took 20 minutes and a lot of cursingto get a straight stud through it and that only made the bump worse. Here we are, now in June, and the piercing still isn't healed and I still have this giant bump.Clearly whoever they're letting pierce here either don't care about what they're doing or aren't trained correctly. Skip this shop if you need any piercing. It's not worth the local convenience. Read Less

I came in and had an idea in mind and after emailing back and forth Cuda was able to put what was in my head straight on paper. It's a wolf head on my left side, one half is a black wolf snarling with a red eye and the other half is a white wolf with a calm face. It's beautiful and I love it. I went to Big Joe and sons tattoo on Rt.6 Mohegan lake to have an existing tattoo worked on. I had the pleasure of meeting Cuda, He works on cover ups and or enhances tattoos as he was able to do with mine free style no less with little effort. He did an outstanding job. If you want quality work, in a clean and professional environment then this is the shop for you. The artists are truly that, artists. Be it a piece on the wall, or an original work drawn up ahead of time, the likelihood that you will be 100% satisfied with your results is phenomenal. My first trip in sealed the deal for me, I will not go to another shop, and even though every artist is amazing my personal favorite artist is Jamie. I've been coming here for 6 solid years now, and not once have I ever had a bad experience, or had less than perfect work done. As for the piercings, Amanda and Kira are real gems. Attention to detail is as important for them as it is for the artists. I have 6 tattoos and have never had a piercing. Me and my girlfriend went here Saturday night and this woman told us exactly what to expect and how to care for them afterwards. She made sure they were exactly where we wanted them and the process was really quick. Now my girl has the nose ring she wanted and I have my ears and tongue pierced. I have only heard great things about this place and now I know it was true. At least for piercings. All in all a good experience. Read Less

Came here for my first tat at 19 and they were very patient with me and said if I waited about 15 mins they could do it, since I was just a walk in.  It was a very sentimental tattoo that I wanted to be perfect and they did it well.  Took a photocopy of the handwriting and were able to blow it up slightly and recommended placement and made me feel at ease.Walked me thru the whole process of before, during and after since it was all new - and overall was an excellent experience.  Clean shop, organized, friendly and not pushy in the least.  I wayyy overtipped the guy b/c I was so happy w everything.  Def a good shop. I went in here two years ago b/c my wife surprised me with a tattoo appointment for my 30th birthday. I had been talking about wanting to get a tattoo of my son's footprint from his birth certificate. So beforehand, she set up the appointment and went in there to talk about what I wanted and put down a deposit. Then the weekend of my birthday, all three of us went in so I could get my tattoo. I decided to get his footprint on my calf. Everyone in there was nice right from the get-go and while we were waiting, one of the owners happened to stop by and was chatting it up with us and his staff...very friendly people. My tattoo artist, whose name I can't remember, was asking me a lot of questions to make sure he knew exactly how I wanted it to come out and if I wanted to add any script underneath it, or add anything else to it. It only took about 15-20 minutes and came out great. I have gotten so many compliments on it and I really love it. My only complaint about the whole experience is that while I was getting tattooed, the guy was playing heavy metal music very loud in his little workspace and this wasn't very relaxing. I figured, if this is what he listens to so he can give me a great tattoo, I'm going to try and tune it out and just let it play. But if this was a tattoo that was going to take a couple hours, I don't think there's anything wrong with politely asking the artist if there is some other sort of music he can listen to while tattooing. Overall, a great experience and when I get my next one, I will definitely go in there for pricing b/c I know they do great work. Read Less
