I am super happy with this place, right away they do everything by the books, you sign papers and they check I.D, I had Vanessa sketch and add things to my tattoo, fix a tattoo that was done else where and she truly took her time editing and adding to my tattoo. I am so happy she made it come to life. She is neat, clean and everything is legit. She is a down to earth women so if you need something she will help and Edit it to your liking, she will take pictures and ask if it's ok if I need anything added and all I can say is wow!!! Super happy, I also had another tattoo prior to this and my husband done by Cassidy and she too is great!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!Went in to get a very basic triangle tattoo. Was done by John in July 2018.The lines are NOT straight, uneven...and there is blowout. I am beyond upset. He clearly does not...
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!Went in to get a very basic triangle tattoo. Was done by John in July 2018.The lines are NOT straight, uneven...and there is blowout. I am beyond upset. He clearly does not know what he's doing. Shame on me for not doing my homework first. I didnt realize how bad the tattoo was until after I got home.Went back in the next day to speak to Vanessa who was extremely impersonal and acted like she didn't care. Did not apologize or barely admit that the tattoo was poorly done. She simply said "I wasn't here when he did it so I don't know what happened". What kind of response is that???She told me to come back after it's healed and that she would fix it or "remove it". Again, ????? WHAT?? I cannot trust going back to this place to get it fixed if these are the kind of people they employ. I want my $60 + tip back for this piece of junk tattoo. Now I have the task of finding a reputable artist to hopefully fix this thing. I am heartbroken. See photo for proof.

Even though I’ve gotten my tattoos a while ago, I’m still so happy with how they came out and I can’t stop looking at them. Cassidy is the best, she worked with me & even changing my mind a few times of what exactly I was getting. Also, she makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole process. She also did my navel piercing and did a great job! Overall, I’m still obsessed!!

Meh, decent tattoos, the people and the experience not so much. Cass seems like a sweetie, if she ever opens her own place I'd go there. I'll pass on a return trip to this spot.

I had a great experience! I walked in to get a nose piercing and ended up with a beautiful Egyptian piece on my arm!! Apollo’s artwork is amaaaazingggggg🙌🏽

Vanessa did my very first tattoo in Port Jervis, NY in 1993 & she did a great job. Tattoo still looks good after all these years. So glad she came to Middletown. Now her daughter is working in the shop with her. A very nice, warm and professional young lady! Prices are reasonable. I've had two piercings done by her and follow-ups to check on my nose piercings were free! There's a new young lady named Katy who is very talented. She did a tattoo on my daughter, and did a new nose piercing on me... she was very gentle! The jewelry there is awesome and so much to choose from! Hope your experience will be as good as mine😊!

I get all of my piercings and tattoos here, I love this place! Professional, clean and friendly; the staff are more than happy to answer questions. My first tattoo here was everything I wanted it to be, and all of my piercings were as close to painless as possible. I never leave dissapointed and I would definitely recommend this place.

Got 2 tattoos from, the first one is amazing and i love it, but the second not so much. my experience my second and final time here kept me from giving a higher rating. My artist was being rushed the whole time, and because of that my tattoo is far from perfect. I understand that people make mistakes but, that doesn't make up for the fact that the artist went out of the outline when he was coloring in my piece. And im not talking about a small little unnoticeable spot, im talking about a nice chunk at least the size of a quarter. That by itself, still would have gotten a 3 star rating for the shop because as i said, i love the first tattoo I got from there, but that plus the extreme rudeness from the employees made me decide that my money would be better spent elsewhere. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am super happy with this place, right away they do everything by the books, you sign papers and they check I.D, I had Vanessa sketch and add things to my tattoo, fix a tattoo that was done else where and she truly took her time editing and adding to my tattoo. I am so happy she made it come to life. She is neat, clean and everything is legit. She is a down to earth women so if you need something she will help and Edit it to your liking, she will take pictures and ask if it's ok if I need anything added and all I can say is wow!!!
