Excellent service.  Will was amazing and very professional just like the rest of the staff.  Rob and Ryan are always very nice and helpful everytime I come in, makes the tattooing process much more pleasant when you have friendly people to talk to.  Had a full neo traditional Japanese sleeve done and Will was very accommodating and understanding to all of my requests as well as providing excellent input.  Would highly recommend this location for all tattoo styles as the staff is well equipped to take all requests. Came here to get a small tattoo on my rib. Called up and made my appointment super fast and easy. I came in the day of my apt with my idea and Will resized the stencil at least 3 or 4 times until I was completely satisfied with the size and thickness of the lines. He was super attentive and kind. This was only my second tattoo and as someone with a low pain tolerance I was very nervous. The atmosphere was super laid back and I felt very comfortable and at ease throughout. First of all I almost didn't didn't book an appointment with this artist Kris because his assistant which I was speaking with to try and set up an appointment was very annoying. It was annoying cause she would tell me dates he was available and then it would change at the drop of a dime. Wouldn't answer clearly, etc. then I finally was able to book 2 appointment dates..3 months in advance mind you. 1 month prior to my first app she texts me saying "ohh I'm sorry, but apparently kris made an appointment for someone else that day, is it okay if we switch it?"...the date she was talking about wasn't even my scheduled date..i had to literally screenshot and send her the convo of the confirmation of our two dates. Then she realized she made a mistake..about a month prior to my first tattoo app she texts me saying " I no longer work for kris, this is his number" I thought to myself thank god...I contacted him and he told me to meet him at the shop at Noon..morning of I let him know at 11:30 I was running a bit late. He texts back 10 min later (I'm driving to from 40 miles away btw) and says "I had an emergency I cant tattoo you till 5:30, is that okay?..I couldn't believe this guy..Although I was pissed I really wanted to just get my tattoo..I told him I drove from far And I'm already here, never answers..since I wanted the tattoo badly and i had put the deposit down i waited..I texted him and told him id be around the area and if its for sure that he can tattoo me at 530, to let me know. I went to a friends house in the time being..he texts me at 6 pm, yes you heard rite, 6pm..saying are you on long island?..meet me at the shop. I said okay be there in a half hour, he says okay "me too".i get there at 630, he shows up at 7:50!!! He arrives with his GF, a dog, Stinks of weed, and they're both high..in a rush the whole time..designs my sleeve and all..we start at 10:15pm..he finished at 3 am! So He was suppose to start at noon, he started at 10pm! I also had reminded him of our second appointment cause now I knew this guy was unprofessional and unreliable and he told his girlfriend to put it in his phone LMAO.. Unprofessional is a huge understatement!! His work is great..cant complain about that, I was happy with it...but if i would have known i had to deal with all this I would have not booked with him in the first place.Part 2..2nd app date. ATTEMPT 1 to get tattooed- I ask him 3 days before and also the day before if we are still on schedule for that appointment date..Never answered any of the texts!! Day of, I go there to meet him..half hour away, I text him "whats going on"..he says "hey for some reason i have u down for tomorrow"..seriously!. What a joke.I said okay i guess ill come tomorrow. He says okay..ATTEMPT 2 - I arrive and ask him where he is..no answer..2 hours later i said "whats going on man, I been here since noon like we agreed, where are you?"No answer yet again...i left...8 hours later around 10pm he asks me to come tomorrow yet again..gives me some BS story about his dad being sick in the hospital and says for sure he will tattoo me tomorrow....ATTEMPT 3 - I text him when I was 10 min away saying "be there in 10"..he says "30 min" I thought, wow finally!....Never showed up again!!! Hasn't answered yet. I told him I want my deposit back..NO Answer!..do yourself a favor, don't goto this guy..Now in retrospect I'm pretty sure the assistant wasn't the problem, he was! Idk how this shop allows this guy to be tattooed there. Also when I was looking at more of his work online after he had tattooed me, links popped up with his name, I discovered He's a convicted Felon!! Charged with the hit and run of a minor who he put in a coma!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't goto this guy. Read Less

Got my industrial pierced here when I turned, went back for my first tattoo of my grandmothers signature on my forearm. I was extremely happy with the way that It came out. I would recommend Will to anybody. he's a gentle giant. I was so scared and he literally made this tattoo so painless. I highly highly highly recommend Will for a tattoo if you are scared. Read Less

I got my tongue and my nipples pierced here on different occasions. GREAT PRICES! I got both nipples for half the price my friend paid at another place around here.
