Worthy of no stars. It may have been an easy 100 bucks for you...... but tattooing an 18 year old and failing to provide them with any sort of guidance (minimally artist guidance) is a disgrace. I hope you are happy with your work and enjoy that 100 bucks because I think it is the worst tattoo that I have ever seen.

Came here to get a double helix piercing on a whim one day after reading about how great of a piercer jason is, my mistake. After not even consulting with me on the kind of jewelry I wanted, he began to pierce my ear. I seriously didn't even see the jewelry until it was in my ear. About a week or two later, following care instructions to a T, the top piercing had completely swallowed the back of the labret, due to how small of a piece of jewelry he put in. Any piercer will tell you that you always use a longer post to account for swelling. So, after having my boyfriend's mom painfully fish it out for me late that night, I needed to go back to the piercer to get my jewelry switched, which he told me would be complimentary if i had any issues with the piercing. He wasn't at the liverpool location that day but since this seemed emergent I drove all the way into the city to the other location. One piercer between two locations, yikes. I walked in and immediately began receiving attitude from him after explaining what happened. "Did we do this piercing for you?" Yes. "When did you have this done?" About a week and a half ago. He then told me I was LUCKY that it was around christmas time or else he would have charged me for the service and the new jewelry! That's not what he said at the time of the piercing! He said anything after a week they consider to be the customer's fault. How is it my fault that my ear swelled due to the short post YOU put in it?! I was blown away when he said that. I chose to wait to write this review until now to see how well the rest of the healing process went. It's not going well. I've followed the aftercare instructions every day for 9 months now and it's still not even close to healed. To put it in perspective, i just got a conch piercing (from a more reputable shop), 3 weeks ago and I'm already sleeping on that side of my head more comfortably than the helix piercings! The top piercing is also crooked. I should probably just remove them at this point but what a waste of $80! Horrible quality and even worse customer service.

I had four piercings within a week Jason did all of them .Jason is very professional and personable.He asked me what I wanted , gave me the pros and cons of each . He also showed me the placements on my face to make sure I liked where they would be .Jason is an artist he looks at your face and knows by the structure what looks good . I have no problem putting my faith in him and letting him pick .Everything he did is perfect and beautiful.He also told me how to properly care for my new piercings and if I needed anything to let him know .Jason is an amazing piercer and a great guy . if you want perfection see Jason.Thank you Jason for everything!

I got my lower lip done here almost two weeks ago and Jay did great. I was really nervous about getting it done and he made me feel very comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. He went through step by step on how the process was going and didn't miss anything. I got told everything I had to do to make sure my piercing would heal fine and that no infection would occur and so far it's healing up perfectly. It's not too far from where I live, prices are definitely reasonable, jewelry is great quality and the environment is very sterile and clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to get a good piercing at a reasonable price. π

From the 1st visit to set up the appointment to the time I was tattooed and leaving the shop, I could not ask for a more pleasant experience. Colin and Andrew are the most welcoming, funny & kind professionals I have dealt with in a very long time. Andrew's work is nothing shy of exemplary!! We drove to Liverpool from Baltimore to visit friends and I decided to get my arm tattoo finished and corrected finally after years of waiting. I went to Halo in Liverpool as a walk-in. The guys immediately greeted us, listened to my explanation as to what I wanted fixed and added and then promptly scheduled me an appointment for only a couple of hours later. The artist, Mark, made excellent conversation, did the best line work you could imagine and was faster than I expected. The final price was 20.00 less than he quoted me and he took a good amount of time explaining the aftercare, etc. he even gave us a handful of pads to keep on it for the first few nights during sleep. Mark completely fixed my old tattoo and made it look brand new and like I wanted it to look ages ago! These guys are amazing artists, good people and know how to run a tattoo shop. I don't get a lot of tattoos but would literally drive again from Baltimore to get another one done here by Mark! Outstanding experience!

Don't get pierced here. Me and a few friends went to get our belly buttons pierced here and although they were cleanly, they put eyebrow piercing jewelry in our belly buttons, instead of traditional belly rings. The small jewelry caused lots of swelling and near infection. I had to have mine changed after 1 week although it's recommended to wait 3 months. Not worth having to deal with all the pain and stupidity for $70.

I got a tattoo here about a year and a half ago. I won't name any names, but I simply wanted a lotus flower on my hip area. The outline came out super thick (not like the original sketch that was done) and the shading doesn't transition well. I also have to live the rest of my life with a blown out tattoo unless I get it covered up or have more added to it. I handled the aftercare as I should have. I'm glad I atleast got it in a place that is mostly hidden. Staff was very friendly and the shop was nice and clean but I won't be returning.

Went in the other day to get my daith pierced, I believe it was Jay who did it. Very professional and very clean environment, he talked me through the whole thing, including doing the breathing exercises with me while piercing it! Afterward I got nauseous so they brought over a trash can and some water and made sure I was fully okay before leaving. Overall, i loved my experience there and I'll definitely go back!!

Brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced. Jason was kind, professional, and really made her feel comfortable. He was excellent about instructing her on how to keep her piercings clean and what exactly would happen during the procedure. He took his time making sure they were placed just right before piercing. When she got a little nervous after the first ear, he was super patient and waited until she was ready to do the second ear. I couldn't thank him enough for the great experience. Her piercings look awesome and there's so much less risk of infection thanks to the fact that we chose Halo over the mall. Our experience was clean, professional, positive, not pushy, with no tattoo-shop "cooler than you" vibes. Thanks, Jason!

Busted a sick wheelie right out front in the parking lot on my four wheeler. Β Fell right off the back and clipped my cheek on a loose screw. Β Walked in with blood all over my face and coyheed and Cambria necked teeshirt. Immediately walked into the bathroom and slammed the door shut. Β Boy that was a smelly mess. Β Hope they didn't mind I used all the bathroom spray and toilet pape. Β I opened the door and power walked right back to the counter and shout "one JAG tattoo, ya heard!?" The staff pulled his headphones out and said "can I help you?" Β I told him again my chest piece idea and he was so stoked. Β We exchanged fist pounds, played a quick game of bloody knuckles and exchanged hotmail usermanes. So we walked into a room and he closed the curtains. Β I took my band tee off and tossed it right in the trash. Β "Gonna swipe me a souvenir shirt on the way oit!" Β Seth cleaned the needles in front of me while I was taking selfie. Β I laid on my back and man lowered the tattoo gun onto my chest. Β As soon as the needle hit my skin I let out a loud scream and punched the wall. Boy were my hands shot from bloody knuckles and wall punches. Β I did burst about 6 capillaries in my face also. He attempted a second time and this time it just tickle! Only took about 4 hours and I did sleep right through most of it. Β dreamt most about JAG and MASH. I looked in the mirror and my JAG chest piece look so good. Β I forgot I also had blood all over my face. I hope the wife never finds out please. The rocker man and I walked out front and I paid him for my tat as well as tipped him a few bucks and some bed bath and beyond coups. Come get some sick tribal tats at halo but don't tell the wife cause you'll probably spend bill money on some body ink.

Mark completely fixed my old tattoo and made it look brand new and like I wanted it to look ages ago! These guys are amazing artists, good people and know how to run a tattoo shop. I don't get a lot of tattoos but would literally drive again from Baltimore to get another one done here by Mark! Outstanding experience!

Got my first ever tattoo here yesterday. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming. Mark Fuentes was recommended to me by a friend of mine. He did my tat and he was awesome! Made me feel calm and really made it a great experience. I got exactly what I wanted and I'm so happy with his work! He is super talented and if I ever get another tat I will have Mark do it again.

Don't get pierced here. Me and a few friends went to get our belly buttons pierced here and although they were cleanly, they put eyebrow piercing jewelry in our belly buttons, instead of traditional belly rings. The small jewelry caused lots of swelling and near infection. I had to have mine changed after 1 week although it's recommended to wait 3 months. Not worth having to deal with all the pain and stupidity for $70.

I got a tattoo here about a year and a half ago. I won't name any names, but I simply wanted a lotus flower on my hip area. The outline came out super thick (not like the original sketch that was done) and the shading doesn't transition well. I also have to live the rest of my life with a blown out tattoo unless I get it covered up or have more added to it. I handled the aftercare as I should have. I'm glad I atleast got it in a place that is mostly hidden. Staff was very friendly and the shop was nice and clean but I won't be returning.

Went in the other day to get my daith pierced, I believe it was Jay who did it. Very professional and very clean environment, he talked me through the whole thing, including doing the breathing exercises with me while piercing it! Afterward I got nauseous so they brought over a trash can and some water and made sure I was fully okay before leaving. Overall, i loved my experience there and I'll definitely go back!!

Brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced. Jason was kind, professional, and really made her feel comfortable. He was excellent about instructing her on how to keep her piercings clean and what exactly would happen during the procedure. He took his time making sure they were placed just right before piercing. When she got a little nervous after the first ear, he was super patient and waited until she was ready to do the second ear. I couldn't thank him enough for the great experience. Her piercings look awesome and there's so much less risk of infection thanks to the fact that we chose Halo over the mall. Our experience was clean, professional, positive, not pushy, with no tattoo-shop "cooler than you" vibes. Thanks, Jason!

Busted a sick wheelie right out front in the parking lot on my four wheeler. Β Fell right off the back and clipped my cheek on a loose screw. Β Walked in with blood all over my face and coyheed and Cambria necked teeshirt. Immediately walked into the bathroom and slammed the door shut. Β Boy that was a smelly mess. Β Hope they didn't mind I used all the bathroom spray and toilet pape. Β I opened the door and power walked right back to the counter and shout "one JAG tattoo, ya heard!?" The staff pulled his headphones out and said "can I help you?" Β I told him again my chest piece idea and he was so stoked. Β We exchanged fist pounds, played a quick game of bloody knuckles and exchanged hotmail usermanes. So we walked into a room and he closed the curtains. Β I took my band tee off and tossed it right in the trash. Β "Gonna swipe me a souvenir shirt on the way oit!" Β Seth cleaned the needles in front of me while I was taking selfie. Β I laid on my back and man lowered the tattoo gun onto my chest. Β As soon as the needle hit my skin I let out a loud scream and punched the wall. Boy were my hands shot from bloody knuckles and wall punches. Β I did burst about 6 capillaries in my face also. He attempted a second time and this time it just tickle! Only took about 4 hours and I did sleep right through most of it. Β dreamt most about JAG and MASH. I looked in the mirror and my JAG chest piece look so good. Β I forgot I also had blood all over my face. I hope the wife never finds out please. The rocker man and I walked out front and I paid him for my tat as well as tipped him a few bucks and some bed bath and beyond coups. Come get some sick tribal tats at halo but don't tell the wife cause you'll probably spend bill money on some body ink.
