I've had great experiences with all the piercings I've gotten. The only issue I have with this place is that they are never clear on when they are opened or closed. For my birthday a few months ago, I came here and got new piercings. The place was clean and organized. The lady who did my piercings (I apologize, I can't remember her name) was really nice too! She opened all the stuff (needles, barbells, etc) right in front of me and let me talk through the process cuz I was ridiculously nervous. Javy is the best!! super chill and was really helpful when it came to my nose piercing and double helix! sadly giving it 4 stars rather than 5 because when i first got my double helix pierced, we had to wait til he showed up because we weren't notified that he was running late.. but besides that he was amazing! have and will continue to go back! Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anymore, went for a matching tattoo with my girl, and came out with two completely different tattoos. Mind you all we got was a K for me and a Q for her. Definitely not the same place it once was a few years back. Im guessing the last owner noticed the business failing and sold it. Smh Read Less

Came in here to get my snake eyes pierced ! I had it pierced about 4 times before . The price was very reasonable as I paid $20 for it. The piercer had a hard time getting the needle through the scarred tissue at first, so he asked Kay (The female piercer) to give him a hand and she helped get it through. It took a few tries, and when she saw I was feeling discomfort, she reassured me that everything was okay and it was only because I had rough tissue from when I had it pierced most recently. She was really sweet, so I tipped her $5. She also pierced my roommates nostril for $20! Very VERY good CUSTOMER SERVICE and we're going back next week for tattoos/piercings! Few things wrong with this place. They never asked for my I.D. which I don't understand, this should be mandatory. That's a red flag, this is obviously not a reputable establishment. Second, they operate right across from a coat\shoe store and they only have a tiny work station with a really old chair and no privacy. Third, I went in for a for a cover up, and I had this awesome hand drawn sketch done for me. When it was finally tattooed, it looked nothing like it. got all three of my tattoos here .... they are really clean and comfortable to be at. all their stuff is always clean and or new and they make you feel comfortable. their stuff last too.... i havent had to touch them up yet and they still look good. i would defiantly suggest them to my friends. Got my tattoo here recently MiMi did it her hangs were light so I didn't feel a thing it was fast and quite. The place is an open space so that's my only turn off cause if you want a private tattoo then this will not be the place the people in the front was very helpful. I came in here to get my belly pierced. It is clean and all of the workers are friendly and the woman who pierced me went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Me and 2 of my friends got a piercing that day. She laughed with is and tried to keep us relaxed.When I was considering getting a tattoo I came here. They were helpful and patient with me because I kept changing my mind and making changes and didn't flip when I decided I wasn't getting it. I've come with my friend to get her tattoo here also and the tattoo artists are good at what they do. He wasn't even squeeved out at my friend's hairy crotch as he tatted her upper thight lol and if he was he didn't let on. He made jokes and even warned her that her color choices weren't such a great idea and suggested ways to make her tat better. He was cool and we had fun. By far the best tattoo spot on Jamaica avenue. they have really good customer service and they work with in your price range. The best guy  there is Leo he did this awsome day of the dead skull which by far is my favorite tattoo. Read Less
