Jake is amazing, and made my first tattoo experience fantastic (it's a combination of Irish flowers and stonework that wraps across both shoulder blades, and down my arm, so it's not a small piece). He's a great artist, and a lot of fun to sit and BS with while he's working. He can do everything from classical nautical style to beautiful watercolor work, and takes a lot of pride in what he does. Eddie "Lefty Bastard" Molina's talent is tremendous. He is in the process of doing a massive, photo-realistic, insanely detailed (roses, and you can see every vein in the petals), very exacting black and gray back tattoo for me and it has surpassed anything my imagination could come up with. I have a portrait of my mother in her wedding dress on my forearm it needs to be finished but it is beautiful I plan to get my dad as well on my other forearm so when my forearms are placed together it is my parents wedding photo. What a fantastic shop!!! I came all the way from the cincinnati area, my artist, Colby, was AMAZING! She worked with me from a long distance, months in advance, was so much fun during my sitting, and gave me such and amazing piece or art, experience, and fair price!! (Although she's worth any amount!) She completed my large shoulder piece in three short hours, start to finish!!! Such amazing detail, and was very receptive to exactly what I was looking for from my new tattoo!!! I would do it all over again a hundred times!! Got some serious blackwork on my arm - from my shoulder down to middle of my forearm - done by Jake and touched up by Eddie. It was a two-inch thick straight line accentuated by two other lines, and man did he keep them straight all the way down. These guys are great tattooists and also fantastic people - i was back home in Toronto and couldn't come to HofF for the touch-up, and eddie, who was guesting at a parlor near town, did it there for free.
