I can't speak a drop of ill words for this establishment, I've been back for multiple sessions with Mark Haley. I've always been treated respectfully and professionally, he knows what he's talking about when he gives you his opinion on placement and whatnot. Also, I've went into the shop expecting to pay roughly 400 for a session and then I'll be charged 240. Not to mention how good the piece looks and how many compliments I get on it. I will always go back. Thanks guys

I will only go to Big Ink to get my piercings done. The room is sterile and everything is opened in front of you before the piercing. The piercer goes step by step with the instructions and makes me more comfortable. I will be getting more piercings from this location.

Mark with the long curly hair was definitely on something when i got my tattoo. I had one side done and that was fine but i brought the same stencil back to get the other side done amd somehow he managed ro not only make it smaller, but way higher up than the other side. He refused to return my calls and wouldn't fix it. Never going again now I have to figure out how to pay for a cover up. Thanks mark!

Went in to get a daith piercing done - after set-up was informed that it probably wouldn't be a good idea with the shape of my ear. Highly respect that the staff is more concerned about their customer...
Went in to get a daith piercing done - after set-up was informed that it probably wouldn't be a good idea with the shape of my ear. Highly respect that the staff is more concerned about their customers than about making a quick buck. Everyone was very friendly & wait time was short.

This is the only place I will go for tattoos or piercings. The owners are absolutely amazing! The other employees are also super cool! The work is such great quality it is absolutely worth it!

Horrible. Got a tattoo from this dbag named booboo - I know, probably my own fault - but I've had it for 2 weeks and it looks faded and half the lines can barely be seen. Shading is terrible and its such a simple tattoo. Don't go to this place. I know there isn't many places to choose from in this slum of a city. But do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance. Stay away from this dump.

I can't forget to mention Ryan he is very helpful & he always keeps the shop lively...lol...it's always a treat when he is there while your getting work done or just visiting!

I got my rook done by Mikey a while back on my 14th birthday & he is honestly the best piercer I've ever gone to! I love his technique of counting down & having you breath in. It definitely distracts you from the pain. Also, my ball fell off a few days later & I couldn't get it to go back on. He put it right back on for free. Definitely has my recommendation!!

I can't speak a drop of ill words for this establishment, I've been back for multiple sessions with Mark Haley. I've always been treated respectfully and professionally, he knows what he's talking about when he gives you his opinion on placement and whatnot.
