I went there yesterday and gave the guy the information for me and my mothers tattoo with the Roman numerals of II•XII•MMXVI and even tho we have the correct information he still tattooed the wrong numbers II•XXII•MMXVI.... Went here last year writing review now because I just got a yelp but this was a great place I got my first tattoo here it was done by Jesse he was super nice guy explained how much it would hurt on all the ideas of where I wanted to get my tattoo. I went with my bicep it took a matter of 10-15 mins once he got started and if I needed a break he stopped right away. Love my tattoo till this day and I always will Read Less

Went in as a walk in and left very happy! Marco did my tattoo and I've gotten so many compliments on it. Attached the photo reference of what I wanted my tattoo to look like. Marco suggested doing a black outline and I'm glad I went with his suggestion. I have two other tattoos and this one is by far my favorite. I went there 3 months ago for a simple recolor job of a snake I got more then 30 years ago . I had the artist Bill. The tattoo looked like it came out ok but there is one part that never healed. I went back there numerous times and Bill wasn't there went there yesterday and he said only one time he seen something like this where the customer was a diabetic, which I told him I wasn't. Bottom like he said what do you want me to do I said recolor that part and he said it would be the same and he said sorry and I left. Now I will have to go to my artist and see if they can fix it. Just walked in yesterday with my daughter to get mother/daughter tattoos. Bill was super perfection!! Although they were small and simple tattoos, Bill still took his time to perfect what we wanted. Had a horrible experience here. Went to get a piercing and it came out completely crooked. Did not realize the piercer used the wrong type of jewellery until i went to a different place and was told it was done completely wrong and the piercer must have had no idea what they were doing. I then went to buy jewellery for the piercing and nothing fit due to them putting in the wrong type of jewellery. I went to complain and the manager was extremely nice saying i would likely get a refund only to get a call the next day basically saying 'nevermind, we're not giving you your money , good luck with your piercing healing and getting it done somewhere else.' I notice that the people who have something negative to say write reviews more so than those who are happy but I am definitely pleased with my tattoo! This is the second one I've gotten from here without any complaints.. I had worked with Albie my first time around and for my second tattoo I had the pleasure of meeting Marco.. Yeah he is a quiet guy but if you spark a conversation there will be one.. My piece came out exactly how I wanted and he was very patient and kind.. It took me quite some time to write this review as I don't like leaving poor ones but after just seeing a friend of a friend who is a tattoo artist who let me know that I received a very poorly done tattoo, it changed my mind entirely. I had my doubts of course by just looking at it but I didn't know it was that bad, this being my first tattoo.My friend and I went by on a Saturday night and we spoke to Crystal. I told her what I wanted, she pulled up a photo and I was ready to go. She introduced me to Marco and explained that he would be doing my small, fish tattoo. He didn't talk much but I figured that's okay as long as he did a good job. Once it healed, I noticed a little inaccuracy and went back to Marco to fix it. He didn't talk the second time either which I didn't appreciate. We don't need to be best friends, but a little convo doesn't hurt especially this being my second visit and I obviously wasn't 100% happy with his work the first time. I was hoping it would be fixed and instead, it was ruined. I called and left a message and I've yet to hear back from anyone. That was in November. I will NOT return because I'm now scared! According to the friend of a friend who is a tattoo artist, the tattoo will now have to be fixed, thickened and perhaps color needs to be added in order for it to be changed. I also didn't appreciate the $80 cost as it is a small tattoo without much detail and the fact that I tipped well, twice. That is literally money down the drain. Read Less

I stopped in today to finally get the tattoo Ive been wanting on my wrist for the past year. This is my first time going there and getting a tattoo well when I went there the first time Kimmie was there and she help me about and was telling me how she know how to do the design and I was like ok I'll come back next week now yesterday I went back and I spoke to Kimmie and I was telling her what I want to get done and she said ok so she went and draw it out and brought it back to me and when I saw it it was so great I love the way how she did it and how it came out I would recommend anyone to her she's really good takes her time and do it!!!! Just had my first experience at High Roller yesterday. Let me start by saying I've had work done at various places before and my experiences have been mixed. Cristal from High Roller accommodated me as a walk-in and right from the jump there was nothing but positive vibes and she made me feel right at home. I got work done on wrist that symbolized my new baby girl and it came out beautiful! !! Excellent technique, steady hands, and she invested herself into the piece and showed that she really cared for the art and would not accept anything other then perfection. I highly recommend if you are considering having work done go see Cristal at High Roller.
