Every time I go back to Black Dragon Tattoo Company for more work I am once again blown away by the professionalism, cleanliness, amazing artwork and great prices! I have sat with Tara no less then 5 times now and each and every time she has gone above and beyond to assure my happiness with her designs as well as my comfort while being worked on. Everywhere I go I am constantly getting compliments on my artwork and have brought a few friends and family members in for tattoos as well :) The shop has a very pleasant atmosphere and Tara is always able to get me in pretty promptly when the urge for a new tattoo hits. The only place I will go for tattoos and now piercings! Tara has done two tattoos on me - one being a partial coverup/add on my ankle. She is an amazing artist, has a gentle but powerful touch, and really is one of the best artists I have had the pleasure to work with. Chelsi pierced both my traguses last night and I was very impressed. The piercing chair was comfortable compared to awkward surgical tables I'm accustomed to. She checked in on me multiple times to make sure ...I was doing okay. She gave me an adorable little aftercare bag and encouraged me to message her with any questions or concerns. I went in for the SPCA Fundraiser and couldn't have had a better experience. From the moment I walked up--not even through the door yet--I was greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. This was my 7th tattoo but my first at Black Dragon, and I loved the small, cozy feel. Not only was it very clean and sanitary, but I felt like the atmosphere was much more welcoming to all types of people. The artists were all very nice and they very much cared for tattooing and animal welfare, the reason for the fundraiser, and something dear to me. Gotta love artists that are passionate and real. Ayo did a coverup on my forearm that 4 tattoo artists had previously turned me down on due to the complicated nature of the tattoo that was being covered up, and he did an amazing job! Today I had the pleasure of getting my first tattoo done by Tara. I found out about her shop due to one of my friends posting about the SPCA fundraiser they are so graciously hosting! I looked through Tara's albums and immediately fell in love with a flash tattoo piece that she drew up and messaged her and set up an appointment as soon as I could get it done. I highly highly recommend getting tattooed here. It's such an inviting, warm, and welcoming tattoo shop and Tara makes you feel extremely comfortable. Got my first tattoo ever tonight for the SPCA fundraiser! I had the gentleman artist and he was very attentive and talked me through the entire process. Tara is an incredibly experienced, professional soul who is absolutely amazing at what she does. The art that she is able to create is timeless, classic, and breathtaking. She knows what is going to look good on different parts of your body, what style of fonts will work with your text, and performs her tattooing in personal and professional manner. I got my first tattoo done by her in 2015, and have since gone back 7 other times, only to her.... as she is the only person that I would trust to tattoo me.
