Horrible place , butch was very rude An spoke very mean called me names all because I was asking questions about my tattoo , kicked me out of shop An now I have really bad infection been to er an doctors still working to figure it out , don’t go here ,, unbelievable disappointed, can’t believe I got treated this way , they think there the best in town an just dumbfounded that their even able to be open , not clean at all!!! The website said they are open from 12pm-12am. However, when my four friends and I went at 7pm, they were closed. The next day, we went earlier and thankfully they were open. We each got an ear piercing and all felt uncomfortable and displeased. The woman who did the piercings was great, minus the fact that she forgot to give me one of the legal documents to sign! The two men that were also working there, were sitting playing video games, treating us like we were being rude for disrupting their games. When I mentioned that their website said they were open until 12am, the manager cussed me out, telling me to "shut the **** up" and to "quit my b*tching". I went to get my second holes pierced here, and they were uneven. Not only was their work mediocre, the environment is not clean. It doesn’t look like they’ve taken a broom/mop through that place in a longgg time. The piercer that works here [Jeff] helped me pick out 2g plugs very helpful and fast with selection, pricing, and choices, I don't know his name [later found out it was Jeff] but he was very helpful, so thank you to whoever helped me tonight. We had an excellent experience this past weekend. I had my daughter's ears pierced at the mall a couple years ago. There was lots of crying and they got terribly infected. This time (she's 7) she mostly laughed and they have been great so far! They were so patient with my other daughter, 5 (who is waiting for another time) and I know we will go back eventually. It was a reasonable price, clean, and a great experience! Highly recommended for piercings over the mall for sure! Read Less

The atmosphere is absolutly inviting but the work itself I would say is not the best I got a hatchet man on my leg not only did I find other shops that priced me half of what I paid but who could have done better. Did my research and settled on Max ink to finish my ankle. I came in with an insane, nearly impossible idea and Butch decided to undertake it. Stencil looked great and it was an inviting atmosphere. Only wish I had gone through with the actual tattoo. Decided to back out due to some personal issues of my own, but definitely a place I'd recommend. Read Less

Not a very warm atmosphere to begin with. Went in to get a second forward helix piercing, and a phone call of bad news was delivered to the piercer right before. Not sure if this had anything to do with it, but the piercing was not right. The gauge size was way too small and it was slowly growing into my ear. Had to get it changed by another shop in fear of severe infection. I like a more personal experience and trustworthiness and that was not achieved here. Read Less

They did an alright job on my wrist tattoo of a black crow. Not sure if it was worth $80. 2 years later I had to have it touched up by another artist. They used a stencil, not freehand, but it the wing tips of it were rounded and not as sharp. This was not my first tattoo, so I know how to care for them.
