I purchased a gift certificate for a facial my mother for Mother's Day on May 12th in the New Hartford office. A few weeks later they let the woman go who gives the facials go because they did not have a lot of business in that area - needless to say - My mother is unable to use that gift certificate for what it was intended for and requested a refund. This has been since the beginning of June - to this day still no refund. Left several messages for Sandy in the Delmar office and I have yet to hear back from her on where the refund is.
