Had my nipple pierced 5 months ago, by Jessica, and she did a fantastic job. Clean, Sterile environment with perfect vibe for light body mod. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. All pierce location was drawn on for my approval before the actual pierce. Followed aftercare instructions to the letter, and had zero pain, minimal swelling, and no issues with infection. Got my nipples pierced by some girl I believe Kristen. I got my nipples and nose pierced. After She pierced them I told her one of nipples look crooked she said it was the way my nipple was. My nose then got infected bad. I've gotten my nose pierced somewhere else never got infected, which ended up going out of business. This place has Good rates why I went. Never going back. As a see by another review the girls nipple was not pierced right. I know I Won't get my nipple repierced again or get my money back, why I rather leave a bad rate so other people know that she doesn't know how to pierce. Sorry. Read Less

I recently just got my Monroe pierced here. After the first day of it being pierced I experienced swelling which I knew was normal but after a day the swelling got a lot worse and I was getting really nervous. The swelling got so bad I had to go to the hospital to get my piercing taken out. After this happened I messaged other tattoo places to get their opinion as to what happened. I had told them about my lip and how they put a 5/16" rod in my lip and the tattoo places said that they didn't measure my lip correctly and that that rod was way too small to compensate with swelling, they also said they should of put in a 3/8" or 7/16" which would of been a lot longer to make sure the circulation to my lip wouldn't get cut off. Got a Prince Albert genital piercing from Jessica. Came home and noticed it was obviously crooked to the right and was improperly pierced way down than it should. It should have been placed higher. (I looked at comparison photos of many other prince Albert piercings.) Have taken out the piercing immediately so this type of poorly done piercing closes up and doesn't become permanent, especially not in a place such as the genitals. I looked at it again with the piercing removed and it so clear that the piercing was done crooked by the piercing point. Honestly really poor work. I was going to get a dydoe as well but she messed up and admitted it when she attempted to pierce. Couldn't seem to secure the clamp on the spot on more tries. I don't know but my gut reaction from that told me right there not to get that piercing done at all, at least not from that person. I was charged $15 for one barbell for the dydoe piercing since she said she opened. Which I don't think is fair. I noticed she didn't at all spot mark the entry and exit points of the piercings. In my experience from other parlors they always spot mark. Instead, she just drew lines instead of spot marking the entry and exit points as well. Didn't disinfectant well before piercing compared to other piercing parlors and didn't disinfectant at all after piercing. I have 3 other body piercings from two different places who did all the above. Was hoping to get the piercing done from Mike who says he has 30 years of experience. I don't know anymore, I think I'll pass after this experience from this place. Not impressed at all, I've gotten much better piercing work on my nipples from another place. I happened to stumble across Body Designs a few years back with their old shop in Bayshore and have never gone to another artist since. Tara is warm and inviting and takes an idea of what I want and turns it into a piece of art. The shop is always clean, products always organized and new and atmosphere is professional and friendly.
