I had been anticipating an appointment all week from Mark to do a remeberance tattoo. He was quick in communicating the price and availability. As the day approached I don't hear much from him or the shop. Was not expecting to either. However the day of the tattoo which is TODAY Mark texts me telling me he doesn't have the artwork and won't have time to do my sketch I should drop it off today and come over the weekend. I say to him this doesn't work out for us he says to me what you dont have anytime free this weekend...um no hence why we set up an appointment in advance. Then he continues and says well what's the name and date I tell him her name he then says that gonna be to long for the design...wait what you dont even know the design of what I want. In the end he had no compassion or empathy and I felt it was very unprofessional to text me the day of because you are having internet issues....

Mark is a KILLER tattoo artist! Seriously the least amount of pain I've ever experienced getting a tatt, quick, and comfortable. Clean lines, and he did have me exactly what I wanted while improving on my vision. Both Mark and Brit do an awesome job at keeping a professional but homey at ease feel in the shop. Super relaxed and good vibes. Ive been there twice in a week and can't wait to go back! Thanks guys!!!
