Transitions has been providing Advanced Training and Application in all aspects of Cosmetic and Medical Tattooing. Deborah and Frank have over 15 years being Certified Instructors using the SofTap Hand Method of tattooing. Since 2004, Frank has provided counseling, direction and services to scarring clients resulting in improved conditions. Client's responses can be viewed on acne.org scars.
