My Daughter and I have been in a few times. I went in for a New nose ring, they gave me a piece of metal that didn't stay in. I went back got another nose ring that has a fastener. It doesn't stay closed. My daughter had a piercing on her ear done and a bar put in. The end ball on the one end is stripped and won't stay. The QUALITY of your Products is AWEFUL! WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO TO. 3 STRIKES...YOUR OUT!

I brought my 7 year old daughter in earlier today to get her ears pierced. She was clearly very afraid - tears running down her face, trembling. I really thought I was insane for trying to talk her into staying but I knew that if I didn’t, she’d regret it and be asking me to bring her back in a few days. The guys were great. Joe very calmly told her “you’re going to be ok.” He showed her all the earrings she could choose from and was very nice to her. Ran did her piercing. On...ce she sat in the chair, he explained every step of the process, including “it’s going to hurt, but just for a second.” I could literally see her body relaxing. She survived. We survived. Thank you for being so kind to our daughter. Will definitely recommend them to other terrified 7 year olds. :) See more

I got my nose and tragus pierced a few weeks ago. Professional, clean, super informative, great dude. The shop is closed today so I texted the number bc I think I need a longer post in my nose due to a little swelling and he texted me back literally within 3 minutes and told me to come in and have it swapped out and how to treat the swelling until I could get there. Phenomenal service!

My mom took me there for my 14th Birthday yesterday, and I was terrified. But the guy that did my nose was fantastic!!!! He answered all my questions, told me to stay calm and don't worry, told me how to take care of it the proper way and everything. I don't see a lot of workers like that now days that actually put effort in there job. So I was so happy when I went there and I would totally recommend it for any piercing. ��

Very informative and nice girls!! Bedside manners were warm and comfortable!! My daughter got the piercing and her friend passed out, when this happened the girls there acted promptly!!! They got my daughters friend pillows, water and a piece of candy EVEN sat outside in the cold windy weather with her. I would 100% recommend this place!! Thank you ladies for making this a good and fun experience for my daughter!!!
