Tina did an amazing job on my first tattoo this summer and was very polite throughout the whole process (and answered my many questions). If I decide on a second tattoo, Tina will be the one I ask!

When I asked for an estimate on a tattoo she got snippy with me. How do you run a business and be that rude to your potential customers? I've had a couple of tats before and just couldn't believe her ...
When I asked for an estimate on a tattoo she got snippy with me. How do you run a business and be that rude to your potential customers? I've had a couple of tats before and just couldn't believe her attitude!!! She is very expensive as well. Head around the corner to the new shop on route 11, they will treat you right at Black Pearl, that's where I ended up!!! The empty shop says it all people!!

A guy who answered the phone had a nasty attitude. But thanks to him, I didn't have to waste my 50 bucks on them. Recommended at the mall but such a waste of time. Forced me to give one star as re...
A guy who answered the phone had a nasty attitude. But thanks to him, I didn't have to waste my 50 bucks on them. Recommended at the mall but such a waste of time. Forced me to give one star as review but absolutely zero star for that guy who doesn't know what customer service means.
