I booked my appointment and he made me feel so comfortable. He talked me through the whole process and I walked out with the least amount of pain. This review is for the piercing service I have receive in the parlor by Steve. Steve is awesome: simply put. He knows his stuff, explains different options with you and just makes the whole process pretty easy. He was able to help me with a poorly done job from a different (and highly overpriced) piercing joint in Manhattan. Needless to say, he became my superhero for the day! I came in 2x once on a Friday and once on a Thursday to try to buy a new stud for my cartilage pierce -- the first time I went in I was told that the earrings are hidden and under lock and key and the one guy that knows where they are will be back in an hour -- I did not wait -- the second time I went in I was told the same thing that only one guy has access to the earrings and apparently he didn't work that day-- not sure how a place runs like that but I certainly will never walk in there again ... In October of 2016, I got both my nipples pierced here by Steve. He was honest, polite, and very professional. We made some jokes to ease the tension, and my nerves, and the entire process was very pleasant. Although I never visit puncture itself in Brooklyn .. Angel does a piece every year for my family or myself at the tattoo conventions ... I can truthfully say his customer service skills are second to none .. He's down to earth, very  honest , personable and always professional .. His work is outstanding to say the least and I can't imagine that he runs his shop any different .. Been coming here since I was 17 I love this place everyone is sooo nice and helpful and extremely friendly . I walked in there and I made new friends. The place is very clean they take there time with you and there artwork is incredible. The owner angel is such a sweet guy!!! and if your looking to get any type of piercing the guy Steven who does it does an amazing job! never had any infections and he knows what he's doing.
