I would give it a zero star if i could. I called them ahead of time for removing my nose pin by cutting it and he gave me a price. When i got there I reminfed him to only cut it please dont pull because its painful. I stopped him twice but he started pulling really hard and my nose was bleeding all over the place. He didnt even put on gloves. Then he decided to cut it off which took less then 2 seconds with zero pain and told me I have to charge you double because it was so hard. I asked him I told you to cut over the phone and also the second I walked in, what was so hard in cutting it off the way i asked you in the first place? He didnt answer and looked away and waited for me to pay him. I paid and got out. Never going back and i dont recommend this place at all. The guy was very rude and unprofessional. And if I was along my husband he wouldve told him a thing or two but since I dont speak up nor fight he took advantage of the situation and charged me double. Very rude and disrespectful man. I recently changed my 1 star review to 5 stars. The customer service there is absolutely excellent. The workers are very cooperative and the head guy there rectified my original issue right away. I will say though that they are better at tattooing than piercing. Just as a heads, up if you are going for piercing please TRIPLE check that they understand the type of piercing you want. Read Less

This place is nice and staff are friendly. Took, my daughter there last year October for a belly peirce it was not expensive and they did a good job. I will go back to get my tattoo cover up. I was given a reasonable price. Read Less

I went to this shop about a week ago with my girlfriend. I was greeted right away from the guy in the front. But when we had to deal with the guy actually doing the work on us his attitude was DISGUSTING! He lacked customer service and had such a nasty attitude. We asked for a refund and left right away. I went here for two tattoos, both were words and each time I went I was greeted right away. My first word was Arabic. For my second one, I had it loaded on my phone, I emailed it to the guy - he printed it, enlarged it and even gave the font I found online a once over for approval. What I like about this place is that they are honest. If you come in and they (its two gentlemen) feel it wont translate well on skin they will tell you. I have 3 tattoos that did not translate nor age well on my skin which I got at another establishment and not once did an artist give their professional advice about it. They just tatted me and took my cash obviously.    The place is huge, its always clean, beautiful hardwood shiny floors the chairs for tattooing is sectioned off in a semi cubicle style with windows, each window have blinds for privacy, nothing ever looks disheveled. Very welcoming and bright. Not your run of the mill slum-like-underground-set-up the west 4th village shops like to take on. I don't know, maybe there was a mass text circulating that said grunge like shops mean you're guaranteed a bad ass tattoo? (Yuk!)     The work I got here was small, but it still look very brand new and its been well over 3 years. Maybe its the kind of ink they use or their technique. Either way years later I am very pleased. Today I plan to get something else done since they are super reasonable on price and do great work. I don't know who told them they could have opened a shop and talk to people the way they do. I was only inside for literally 2 mins and got the stinkest attitude ever. The guy was tattooing a big girl with her shirt half way down while yelling over her to ask me if I needed help. I told him my case which was minor and he tells me he doesn't have time for that right now & how he's not going to stop what he's doing to assist me...like really? Unprofessional. Had the urge to add to my 3 tattoos a meaningful one that will remind me of all my struggles turning into success.   I recently moved in the area a block off Church ave. and one day decided to explore.   I did a search via Yelp and decided to check this place out.  Not too far n' right there on Church ave.First this place is huge!  Spacious hardwood floors and art on the wall greet you as I approach the counter a smiling face aske how he could help.  I told of him of my idea and asked of the price.  Very resonable and willing to tatt me up.  I came in the next day and 1,2,3 done and absolutely love it! First and foremost the establishment is VERY spacious thats always a plus for me. secondly, its very clean and spotless which is very important when a person is getting tattoos. the gentlemen there were very attentive and courteous. they sat down with me to go over exactly how i wanted my tattoo. the artist himself made me feel very comfortable since this was my first time. everything was pre package and new and they disposed of anything they used with you right away. very safe clean and very safety first conscious will definitely be visiting them to get the rest of my tattoos Read Less
