All the reviews were great so I sent them an email with a couple of pictures attached of what I wanted to get done (Capricorn Symbol on my birthday because that is my zodiac sign) Rob sent me a response the next day and answered some of my questions. I set up a consultation, went in on Saturday and set up and appointment for Wednesday. I got my tattoo just like I wanted it to look and throughout the experience from first email to the end of my tattoo session Rob was totally professional. He didn't make me feel silly about the questions I was asking, me being a first timer. The environment was clean and sterile and he made me feel comfortable and kept checking to see if I was ok.
