My experience was horrible. Made an appointment 3 days prior for 5 pm and the artist who only came in to do the work for me didn’t finish his set up processing till about 6:30 pm. The artist was super rude to me, walked out on me for 10 mins. I Was overcharged for something far less than perfect. I went 3 days before i went to get the tattoo but they were busy. To get me to come back the owner told me he would “shade and add some color” to my tattoo. Yet the day of the tattoo the artist didn’t know what i was talking about when i asked about the color. Meanwhile thats the only reason i paid what i did. Paid half before The appointment, also so its not like I found out and could have went elsewhere, because I would have .I was under impression it would be fully colored. It is a conversation i had with the owner before even having him set a price. Then when it was done i got no color at all, missing lines, missing shading. Called after my tattoo was done peeling to see if i could at least get the lines and shading fixed. I was told id get a call back waited a week and they never got back to me. Read Less

Today is my birthday and my daughter brought me here to get matching Tattoos. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I came in with  an idea and Remi brought it to life and Dee did her thing. Since it was my birthday Remi gave me a free nose piercing (I've wanted this since I was teenager). I had a wonderful experience. The place is clean with a cool decor a nice relaxing atmosphere. The artist are hilarious too, you will not be bored. After I read some reviews I decided to go and get a nose piercing but I was disappointed when I left. I was nervous and the guy who did it didn't even wait, he just passed the needle through my nose. Like, I was talking and he just told me "don't move your head". I thought he was just looking at my nose so he could have an idea of how would look like afterwards but he was prepared to do my piercing. That was so rude and unprofessional, I didn't say more because the piercing was done. Even though everything is okay with the piercing I have to say it was such a bad experience. If it's your first time getting a piercing or a tattoo I would NOT recommend this place. Read Less

I’ll give it a 4 because they sometimes don’t be open at 12 and the person that do piercings is not always there early a girl that work there told me the person that do piercings would not b in until 6 or 6:30 that day so I came back around that time n got my piercing done ....can’t talk about the tattoos cause have not got a tattoo done there so other then that really no big problem..& the shop is nice and clean... nice lil shop they got going on Read Less

Well it all started with just a nose piercing for me and I was over all pleased with all the staffs comfortable welcoming and the setting of the shop itself... it made me so comfortable that I returned again for an eyebrow piercing which I didn't even know it was done being engaged in a conversation with the piercer took my mind off of being kinda scared but it was done within a second or two... and guess what I am going back to finish getting tatted up... shit my journey had just began and I am glad that INK-FLOW TATTOOS is helping me find my way... I would’ve given this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the greeter/piercer Remedy. I understand this is a place of business but when you make negotiations you honor them. Don’t try to play people like suckers. He makes the place look too thirsty for money and overbooks people knowing he doesn’t have enough artists. In the end jobs gets rushed and tattoos don’t look so good. Good two tats from there and only because the artists are cool. Remove Remedy as the greeter. I’ve watched him lose a lot of customers the day I was there because he’s not really a good businessman. Update*****. The “co owner” Remedy contacted me asking me to remove the post and write a new one after being given a free small tattoo/piercing. At first I agreed but after him trying to “bully” me into removing the post before I received the tattoo I said forget it. This place was mad ratchet!!! Kids in there crying and screaming while the mother getting tatted today . No where to sit because the artist have their friends in there chilling. The smell from the nail shop makes you nauseous. There was no one working the front desk and it was causing confrontation because people were trying to bus in front of others. The piercer is unprofessional and he acted like he didn’t even want to pierce me then he takes his co worker friends before new clients mind you wanted 4 piercings done. So he lost money from a new client had me return numerous times and I still don’t have a piercing. WOULDNT go here AGAIN . besides the owner he is the only one I can say that he is legit for tattoos n mad friendly. I only return there because 1 I gotten tatted by the owner and the tatt came out official and mad cool . and I work in the neighborhood but after today will not return again because with out the owner there shittttt is ratcheted. Honestly has to be the best looking tattoo shop I have ever been to! NO EXAGGERATION ! Aside from the neat looking place, these guys are experienced and knew what they talking about. My gf got a small basic  tattoo, but the way they catered to us and made sure everything was on point was amazing. Def going to go there for mine whenever I'm ready for my first tat!
