Andreana was great from start to finish. I'm not a local so I emailed her to get the ball rolling. She answered my email quickly and made it easy to make an appointment. My bff and I got matching compass tattoos, designed by me. Andreana's work is so impressive that I felt a little "I'm not worthy" until I walked into the studio and met her. She is welcoming and easy to talk to. She took my idea and made it real. We love our tattoos and the overall experience really made our joint-birthday weekend. Do amazing work BUT customer service wise my phone rang a couple times , I didn't answer it while in the chair and the artist truly just spazzed on me stated that my phone going off made her feel like she needed to rush, never heard this I just calmly apologized unknowingly that the sound of my phone ringing was a bother, I'd assume the artist would say their rules before even beginning if that was such a major issue , and unfortunately I would never go back. My friends and I came here on a summer weekday to get tattoos. We called ahead of time to see if we needed to schedule appointments but the person on the phone said we could just walk in. The three of us were all getting simple tattoos however so keep in mind you may need to schedule an appointment if you have a more elaborate tattoo in mind. We all had our tattoos done by Andre. He was very courteous and gentle. I chose to get a tattoo of a sketch I did of a constellation. The whole process took about half an hour. It was quite painless but this was my third tattoo. He let us talk amongst ourselves while each of us were getting the tattoo done which was nice. The tattoo parlor is very clean and cozy too! I came here based on the stellar Yelp reviews and the masterful work I saw online done by Andreana. If you have time check out her practically portraits on skin of Shakespeare, Dorothy, Jesus, Lemmy as well as her other tremendous work. Upon seeing what she can do to represent real character and people, she seemed like the right choice to go to get my newest piece.I chose a clip from the move "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" (picture shown). Every character looks so spot on and beautiful. Eli Wallach, Lee Van Cleef, and Clint Eastwood's true images jumping out of my skin. I couldn't be happier with the work!My piece was a rib piece which is one of the more painful areas of the body to do. Andreana was super helpful getting me through the rough areas. I've been meaning to write this review for well over a year now!!!!!I first found Supernova tattoo online while searching for an artist to work on my Wizard of Oz themed sleeve. I knew that I really wanted a portrait, so when I saw Andreana Verona's work I knew she would be perfect for what I wanted!The shop is spacious, clean and very professional. As my tattoo is a work in progress, I've spent a lot of time at Supernova , I always have a great experience and could spend hours talking with Andreana. There are no "rock n roll" attitudes here!!! Nobody should feel unimportant or intimidated when going somewhere to get tattooed. Supernova is one of the very few tattoo places that I've felt totally relaxed and welcome every time I've been there!  I have been getting tattooed for around 8 years now in both Europe and the United States and I have to say this is the best place I've been! It would be hard to convince me to go to another artist for any future work. My tattoo is full color and more than I dreamed it would be! I've been stopped numerous times by people asking where I get my work done......it's gotten to the point were I carry Supernova business cards and give them to people when they ask.....no joke! I went in on Monday evening for a consultation and met Andre Juliani.  I had two ideas for tattoos that I wanted.  We talked through them both and on his guidance I decided to go with a watercolor style cardinal on my upper ribs.  He told me he didn't have much experience with watercolor but that he wanted to challenge himself and was confident he could do it.  I set my appointment for the coming Friday and left a reasonable deposit.  Friday (today) rolls around and I go in for my appointment. The studio is bright and clean (I could smell the rubbing alcohol as soon as I sat down which was reassuring to me). Andre showed me the drawing he made which looked perfect.  He added in a few splashes of color that weren't in the original picture in order to add some extra interest and context to the tattoo.  The tattoo took about an hour and a half to complete and although my arm was falling asleep from holding it over my head, I was very comfortable.  He is a courteous, clean, kind artist and I truly appreciated the work he put into my piece.  It came out beautiful and much more personal than the original picture I brought him!I will absolutely recommend this place and Andre to my friends.  Love it!!! Nobody informed me that it's gonna fade. Did I have to know it? If someone had told me don't do it on your finger I Defenatly change my mind and have choosen some other part. You have to inform your client. -----HORRIBLE!! I don't want to name the artist that made my tattoo. I asked for a small queen heart. He did it in 5 minutes , I was very happy that time. This is seriously  the best tattoo shop experience I've ever had. The place is really clean, and my tattoo artist Sheen(sp?) is incredibly talented. He is the only artist I've been to that sketched right on my arm and then started tattooing without using a stencil. I got a hibiscus flower to cover up an old crappy tattoo and after sitting through 2 hours of pain I'm soo happy with how it turned out. Came here on a whim because I decided I wanted a tattoo. I checked yelp to find tattoo shops in my area and this shop popped up with all 5 star reviews. I called ahead to make sure they accepted walk ins, which they did. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner and the tattoo artist I had spoke with over the phone. I explained to the tattoo artist what I wanted done and the location I wanted the tattoo; it took me a while to pick out the letters I wanted to get and the tat artist was patient with me. While he drew up my tattoo I was giving a consent waiver to sign. I was kind of shocked when I was giving the waiver because this being my 8th tattoo I never had to sign a waiver but I appreciated it.Once the tat artist showed me the stencil for the tat their a few changes I wanted made, he made the changes with no problems or attitude. Once it was time to begin the tattoo the artist made me feel comfortable. The entire took about 10 minutes to complete, I was charged $130 for the tattoo, I felt that was a bit much for a 10 minute tattoo but you get what you pay for; my tattoo came out great...... I got a bold black tattoo from Andreana about a month ago. It took about 4 hours, but the time flew by. She was so easy to talk to, and the tattoo is everything I wanted it to be. I had wanted to get my septum pierced for a very long time, but having a huge phobia of needles, I would always chicken out. Also, a septum piercing just seemed like it would be very painful.I decided to go on a bit of a whim last night so that I couldn't think about it too much. I walked in and spoke with Alex and told him what I was looking for  (ring on the smaller side, more fitted to my nose, and needed to be able to flip it up for work). He picked out the perfect size ring and then brought me into a piercing room.I started to panic a little bit and tried to relax. He then got out all the tools and marked where to put the ring. And then, this is the most amazing part: he put the clamp on my nose, and the needle was through it a second later. I felt NOTHING. seriously...I was more in shock by the lack of feeling anything, than the process of getting it pierced itself. Not a single pinch or prick. The closest thing I can explain it feeling like is air. Seriously. He was THAT good. Also, the pricing was really reasonable. $40 total for the piercing. Can't beat that. Still blown away by how quick, easy, and painless it was! Definitely coming back to see Alex should I decide to get anything else pierced - this guy is AMAZING! Read Less

i got a huge octopus tattoo on my right shoulder the detail is incredible and the lines are sick!!andreana is a true artist she free handed the whole thing all i did was bring in a few pictures for her and that was it.the shop is super clean and the people that work there are very proffessional.i highly recommend this shop for anyone who is thinking of getting a piece of work thats gonna be on you for the rest of your life.you cant put a price on talent.hopefully she will have some pictures up on her website when all is said and done.oh and one more thing hell yeah it hurts!!!
