I went here for every single tattoo I have. Great experience till recently. Jrew told me he would touch up my tattoo for free within a year, NEVER got a hold of him. Never responded to me or even call...
I went here for every single tattoo I have. Great experience till recently. Jrew told me he would touch up my tattoo for free within a year, NEVER got a hold of him. Never responded to me or even called me back. I also was supposed to get a piercing here recently, I showed up at the time of my appointment and was waiting outside for HALF AN HOUR and no one even showed up.... so done with this place. I really liked this place too when I was coming here :/ horrible customer service..

Fantastic!!! I've seen Jrew's work on my daughter and knew I had to have him do mine!! I'm glad I waited for the right artist! I'd recommend and have to all my friends and family.

Love all the many tattoos that I got here . Place is clean , professional and the Tatoo artists are too notch ! Love the owner Jimmy and have got many bright wonderful colored tattoos from Celtae too ...

Absolutely amazing artist in Jrew. He's patient, gives his professional opinion on how he thinks the tattoo should look to be the best piece you can have and he can be proud he did it. Doesn't rush his work, so if it needs more time, he'll do additional sessions to make sure it comes out perfect. He's an amazing talent in tattooing and I don't ever wish to go to anyone else in upstate NY. He's well worth a road trip as well if you're not from the area.

I got my 1st tattoo here a couple days ago, james stayed late made me feel comfortable explained all to me. It was a perfect experience for me. I would highly recommend his knowledge and shop.

One of the greatest in the Albany area to get a tattoo. In the past year a half I've gone there it's been nothing, but the best. I've gotten two tattoo there by two of their artists. Alexis and Carolyn, two of the best in personal opinion. Going back on Wednesday to get another piece.

Slick did a solid job with a butterfly for me. This shop is clean and she was very informative and personable. It's clear that this shop cares about producing quality products. I would give five stars...
Slick did a solid job with a butterfly for me. This shop is clean and she was very informative and personable. It's clear that this shop cares about producing quality products. I would give five stars except for the lack of proper tattooist chairs for both the artist and client and that the day I was there, they had run out of printer paper for the credit card machine, forcing me to go to an ATM to get cash and incur those fees. I would definitely get a tattoo there again.

Never responded to me or even called me back. Absolutely amazing artist in Jrew. He's patient, gives his professional opinion on how he thinks the tattoo should look to be the best piece you can have and he can be proud he did it. Doesn't rush his work, so if it needs more time, he'll do additional sessions to make sure it comes out perfect. He's an amazing talent in tattooing and I don't ever wish to go to anyone else in upstate NY. He's well worth a road trip as well if you're not from the area.
