Kinda small and stark place, but everyone was super friendly, and gave my friend and me very reasonable rates on cartilage piercings. Very professional, everything was clean, and piercer worked quickly and carefully. Will definitely be recommending to any of my friends in the Albany area.

Waited 45 minutes for what we were told would be 10-15 minutes. The tattoo artist was coming and going, seemed very scattered. We decided to leave because it felt extremely unprofessional. They looked like they were renovating and not ready to be open at all. We called before hand so they had ample time to tell us not to walk in.
