I made an appointment with Bailey two weeks ago and he cancelled 4 hours before the appointment because he said he was busy. I don't live in Santa Fe, I had already made arrangements to get here, had already sent him a non refundable deposit, and took the time off work. Their website states they have a 72 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, but they obviously don't hold their artists to that standard. Bailey was rude when I brought to his attention. This shop is beautiful, intimate, and run by two kind and talented tattoo artists who can execute beautiful pieces while making you feel comfortable and welcome. I have a floral piece done by Jason that turned out better than I could have imagined. The experience of being tattooed here is the best I've had (I had three tattoos prior to getting tattooed here done elsewhere) thanks to its laid back and professional environment. Talis fortuna is honestly THE BEST tattoo shop in town. Hands down. I personally have received amazing tattoos from crow! She's down to earth, amazing at her job, and she's professional. I have not received any tattoos (yet) from Jason but his work is amazing as well and he seems like a great artist to work with. They balance each-other out perfectly to give the customer choice and variety with the up most of quality. The shop is awesome, clean, and super relaxed and intimate. Crow and Jason at Talis Fortuna are amazing. I was recommended them by a good friend of mine, who's very particular about what she wants and I trusted her judgement. I got my first tattoo done here by Crow and I couldn't be happier from the friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding work. I was a bit apprehensive about getting a tattoo, but after a great consultation with Crow I booked my tattoo. I had it done on the 25th of February and everything went smoothly. I'm extremely happy at what I got, and it's so beautiful. It will look even better once it's fully healed. The shop is clean and delightful.
