Holy hell! I got pierced by another piercer who referred me to Dale at Zone 13, nervous at first as ive been going to the same piercer for 10 years if not longer. Arrived was greeted nicley and taken right back. I was SO nervous and he made me feel calm and told me not to worry. Can I tell you that, that was one of the best experiences I have had with piercing removal. His wife came in to assist and was also the super sweetest. They were extremely welcoming and friendly (which can sometimes be rare in tattoo/piercing shops) and I could not have been more comfortable, despite being super nervous. OMG what an incredible place to get a piercing and/or Tattoo. I was fortunate enough to have zone 13 recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a new tattoo. This place is a husband/wife shop that really cares about your happiness vs a mill facility that just pumps out tattoo after tattoo. I met Dale at the front desk and he was incredibly friendly and patient with me as I discussed the rough idea I had for my tattoo. The facility is immaculate and I could spend a week just walking around looking at all the cool decorations in the waiting room. Sophia did my tattoo on 9/16/18 and the artwork design she came up with was absolutely breathtaking. She was able to incorporate my actual dogs paw in the design and when I asked to add  a word to the design at the last minute she smiled and said absolutely that will let be a problem. They way she was able to add the watercolor affect you would think she was making brush strokes vs using tattoo needles. This is my 6th tattoo and without a doubt my favorite. This place was AWESOME. A little off the beaten path but top notch service. Doug welcomed us as soon as we walked in. He was great and advised that the piercing I came to get was not the correct one for my headaches (thank you!). Once in the piercing room, I was unsure of what to get, whether is be a bar or a hoop or a horseshoe (picked horseshoe) but he helped me narrow is it down. My sister was in the room with me and he talked to her about the room while getting me prepped.  He showed me all the tools he was going to use and that they were new prior to piercing. He gave me all the aftercare needed and we got to meet his wife before her next tattoo appointment. Her stuff looked amazing as well. I discovered my go-to tattoo parlor - Zone 13!  Such a great parlor. I got my work done back in July by Cloud and she is awesome both in artistry and personality.  I think my idea was a little out of the norm but Cloud didn't even blink. She went right to work and turned my idea into a work of art (pun intended).The entire parlor is very clean and well organized. The entire staff is very friendly and make you feel very welcome. A down to earth group of people. I will definitely return to Zone 13 for my next tattoo. If you are in the market for a tattoo, I highly recommend that you check out Zone 13. This is the best tattoo place around! Sophie and Dale are incredible and their staff is AMAZING, the cleanliness is 200% (yes, 200%) and the tattoos are beautiful and are of the highest quality! It's also important to note that I trust these artists a lot. They are not there just for money and really want to help make you feel the best you can, whatever the art. They are accomodating and also aren't afraid to speak up if they think something won't work out quite the way you think it will. Went there to get my Tragus piercing changed after I couldn't get it back in myself. The hole was closed on the back and they went and repierced it for me and we're super gentle. They were super friendly too which is unusual for most of the people in this field. Read Less

I got my first tattoo yesterday at 37 years old. I was excited and super nerveous. From my first meeting to set up the appointment to the finished tattoo I never felt more comfortable.
