I went as a walk-in for a small tattoo but ended up with two when I left since I asked the artist to make a “small heart” on my middle finger which turned out huge and uneven mistake. The other turned out more like a 2D tattoo than a 3D.. I Spoke to someone who brushed it off n made it seem like I didn’t takecare of it the right way at home as they told me to but I did bcz this is my fourth tattoo n never unusual happened during healing, it was the same after care experience I had before. What baffled me is how they did nothing to fix the issue. Instead they post Facebook posts about looking for ppl that want small tattoos to train their apprentice SMH so if you know theyr’re new ppl or certain ones not able to do certain jobs why wouldn’t you accommodate your customer to make sure your business isn’t bashed or looking like u disregard custimers who point your faults but praise the ones that give you 5 stars? I’ve seen a few other jobs from ppl not too impressed with what i have experienced nor satisfied with the unprofessional response but hey not every shop will treat customer fairly. Some shops know how to keep customers coming back others know nothing about customer service and certain laws that will protect the customer. I am about 5 sessions into a back piece with Joey. The tattoo is covering a scar from a car accident 20 years ago. Aside from other tattoo ideas it is an original piece. It feels good when the artist is excited to tattoo you and you know you are not the only person that the piece means something to. And on a side note.. I am in a wheelchair and everyone in the shop goes out of their way to help me get upstairs if and when I need it. They are not just good artist, they are good people. I went yesterday for the very time. Ive been wanting a new tattoo but wasnt sure. I had a lot of ideas but I finally saw one that I truly wanted. A compass with the lyrics from what of my favorite songs: It is what it is, by lifehouse. The lyrics are: If time could turn us around What once was lost may be found~ the lyrics to me was the most important part of the art work and i wanted it circled around the compass some how. A lot of people have great experiences here, but I am a girl with a lot of tattoos. I really felt like one of the guys acted like I was a show off or seemed like he had to be dominate everything I said to show he was superior in regards to his body mods. I know another person that said they felt the same here. It was just a weird atmosphere. I usually don't go off what others say because you know... that is their expirence... but I feel like they have something against people of color. It may not be noticeable to people who aren't of color, but there is a vibe. Never again. Read Less

Took bro there today everything was great they was very professional but also friendly to a personal level my lil bro and his artist shared the same history teacher. He had great things to say about his tattoo the pool table in there was also very great and fun made waiting enjoyable along with the many cool collectors items and children's book about alphabet advice (not really for kids) was sooooooo funny to read if your in there please check that out. Hey played a movie and also had a comfty comfty couch nice AC definitely worth the the time being there if you have to wait. The absolute best part was the artist who were doing the tattoos eachone had their own personality and things in their area in the shop makes you feel like your somewhere warm and welcoming l by all the cool people in the shop. My experience here was great I really wanted a memorial tattoo for my mother every other place I went to wanted me to book an appt for 3-4 months away but I really needed it sooner to give myself some closure went in on Wednesday and explained what I wanted and Jason told me he can do it for me to get there when the shop opened and get my name on the walk in list. Had an appointment with Jared yesterday, for a cover-up. I wanted a realistic underwater saltwater fish theme, with three particular fish and coral. I had 4 tattoos that needed to be covered up to get this half sleeve. Jared took the first hour to put my ideas on paper and drew up an awesome picture. I went in to get a price for a tattoo. It was a reasonable price. Everyone was so friendly  and helpful. I was very nervous about getting my first tattoo. Colin was so nice and he explained everything to me. I was so comfortable. I also saw everything taken out of the package. The tattoo shop is so clean. Thats what i like about it.
