I got my nose pierced 2 weeks ago by Elizabeth and she was amazing. She did not hurt me at all. In the beginning I was really nervous because I don't like needles but she was understanding and calm with me. After I relaxed and stopped being nervous she put the needle in, it was just a little pinch didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. She was great. For a piercing to not hurt you need to find someone who has good hands and Elizabeth is one of the good ones I can trust. After I got it done it didn't hurt after as people kept telling me it might hurt but it didn't and didn't swell up. The healing process it all depends on the persons body, my nose piercing is healing perfect. Price is good compared to the ones I've called. And the utensils are always brand new and sterilized. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth for any kind of piercing she is just amazing and doesn't hurt. If I decide to do anymore piercings I would definitely go back to her. Read Less

My hats off the crew of this establishment.  They were all generous with their time.  patient and kind to us. Today, my daughter, son and I all went here.  We had appointments for two tattoos and one belly piercing.  The ladies  were attentive and patient with us all.  They showed us how the materials came sanitized.  They made sure we were happy and satisfied with where the work would take place. They also waited for me as so I could stand by my son and daughter during their procedures, because they were both minors.  The owner was very accommodating to us.  My daughter over heard the owner ordering pizza and said she was hungry for pizza too. He asked to order extra.  Unfortunately,  it fell on deaths ears.  That beside the point.  Generously enough, one of the gentlemen was kind enough to walk my daughter to the pizza shop. I have been a customer at luckys for several years already. I have had 7 of my 9 tattoos done there and I love every one of them. My favorite artist is marcello. He is very good, professional and creative. They are expensive but you are getting what you pay for and it's worth every penny! They are very clean and I have also done piercings with them. Liz is very good at piercing and she explains everything to you. I am looking foward to returning and adding to my tattoo collection with luckys!  If you want a quality tattoo, I Highly recommend luckys. Read Less

Okay, so I have good and bad things to say. I'll start off with the good. I had Marcello tattoo me and he was nice, polite, professional. The linework is great and it's the cutest tattoo ever and I love it. He is the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars.Onto the bad. The girl who was supposed to tattoo me was Lindy. Right before she started my tattoo she opened a beer and when I questioned if she should be tattooing me she said she wasn't gonna get drunk from one beer. She went outside before tattooing me and the more I thought about it the more uncomfortable I was, so when she came back I told her I didn't want the tattoo because of the fact that she was drinking before tattooing me was just unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. She was pretty clearly annoyed with me and said, "you think I'm too drunk to tattoo you?" I explained I knew she wasn't drunk but that I was uncomfortable with it and apologized. Someone who works there suggested someone else could do it, that's when Marcello did it. The entire time I was getting tattooed though, Lindy kept making incredibly unprofessional comments like "oh I love you guys, and no I'm not just saying that BECAUSE I'M DRUNK," and "I hardly ever drink and the one time I do I get treated like a f**king alcoholic." It doesn't matter what your profession is, you shouldn't be drinking at work. (I'm going to assume that's because of the incredibly lax management. When I came in the guy who I assume is the manager was drinking too and smoking a cigar.) but especially when your job is to put something on my body that's gonna be there for the rest of my life, your blood alcohol level should be zero, no question. Her unprofessionalism was unbelievable, I was polite when I let her know what I was feeling and I felt bad because she had already drawn up the design and obviously pissed she wasn't getting the money, but talking about me when I'm right there in the room and drinking at work, totally unacceptable.Everyone else was friendly though and I would definitely recommend Marcello. Went in to get a tattoo, did NOT have an appointment and the guy I wanted (marcello) had someone coming in. So because I drove almost an hour to get there they called Gill in, which took him about an hour to get in. I must say, Gill was very nice, did a great tattoo on me and made it with the trip. This place is completely unprofessional.  I made an appointment for a tattoo consultation with Gill where I was supposed to be shown a drawing (cost was $50).  When I got there he didn't have anything to show me and blamed it on a "busy week".  When I called the owner to request a $50 reimbursement he was COMPLETELY unprofessional and said reimbursements are against company policy.  All I wanted was the money back for a drawing I never received.  We got into an argument and the owner even went as far as insulting me and my mother (who he has never met)!!!  I couldn't believe my ears.  How this guy is in business is completely beyond me.  I would highly advise against going to this place.  I would never trust an establishment such as this with putting something permanent on my body.Given one star because I had to put something in order to post this review. I really love this place.  They did a cover up for me and I love it.Since I was there for a cover up, it took weeks for the guy to create a floral design for me! Eventually, they called me and the guy who designed my tattoo had left shop.A little sketchy, I thought.I was introduced to Andrew who was to be my tattoo artist, who then the design against my tattoo (the one I wanted to cover up) and was really honest that he was comfortable going forward with my tattoo using someone else's original design and not knowing the first artist planned oncovering up my tattoo. Anyway, ultimately, it took 4 1/2 hours to get done; I didn't mind since it is such a large tattoo (my whole back). I love it. The vibe was cool. My tattoo artist's girlfriend was in there with me, which would make some people uncomfortable, but I didn't object. Hey, she was probably his Muse. Overall, she was no bother, they were pretty funny. This place is clean, too. Thats what you all were waiting for, I know. Called the day of when I wanted to get my Tattoo, expecting to hear a "no", but instead I got accommodated to be able to get my tattoo that very day. They were very nice and upfront with their terms.
