The only reason I am giving two stars is because I know Q Ball does good work. I didn't go in for the tattoo but went with my friend and she had Mitch. Tattoo came out nice but he's a major asshole. Started arguing with us and disregarded anything we said while managing to be a huge hypocrite at the same time. Meanwhile, he made assumptions about my personal views, as well as trying to jab me about an education he assumed I didn't have. He didn't know me, doesn't know my beliefs and lumped what my friend and I said together while targeting me personally and attacking me. Very unprofessional. In the beginning he went on a rant talking about what social media has done to the career of tattooing. Hate to break it to you, Mitch, buddy, but I'm pretty sure you do a good job of ruining it all on your own. If you want to work with the public, try not to attack your clients or their friends and family. We won't return and don't recommend the shop to anyone unless you feel like being attacked by a jaded old tattoo artist with shitty tattoos on his body and even shittier opinions.

I was charged 100 dollars for my tattoo when anyplace else I would have gotten charged 50 the man who did my tattoo basically took advantage of the fact that it was my first tattoo and I was there with my best friend not my parent keep in mind my best friend has 2 tattoos around the same size as mine and I paid more for my first one than she did for both of hers... NO AFTER CARE GIVEN! Instead I'm told to put lotion on it... so I went to a place with a brain in their head and they gave my good after care. Knew I should have never gotten a tattoo there... I went to Ron Jon asked girls there with tattoos how much they would have paid for my tattoo and they said 50 and that I should go back and talk to the owner so I did thankful for him I got 50 dollars back im Telling everyone in my hometown not to ever get a tattoo there... such a rip off!

If you like waiting for over an hour after you have had a scheduled appt, this is the place! They act like they could care less about anything including the quality of the tatoo!! I asked for a simple bow tattoo and it was just too difficult for them and they assumed I wanted it black and white. I must have shown them 15 pictures, none black and white....no discussion about price, no aftercare instructions....this is the 3rd tatoo I have, should have travelled back to prior parlors on LBI or Mystic Island! Do not waste your money or your 50$ non-refundable fee..I could have gotten a better tattoo from the dollar store..

Thank God I found Mitch at Atlantic Tattoo He is a great guy, a True artist and created an amazing tattoo for me. Thank you to QBall for absolutely killin my cover up! I had wanted this cover up done for awhile to let go of my toxic past and begin a new happier chapter in my life. I never would have imagined it would come out sooo awesome! I've had plenty of tattoos done by other artists, but none with creativity and experience as Q-Ball. I'll never go anywhere else! The only reason I am giving two stars is because I know Q Ball does good work. I didn't go in for the tattoo but went with my friend and she had Mitch. Tattoo came out nice but he's a major asshole. If you like waiting for over an hour after you have had a scheduled appt, this is the place! They act like they could care less about anything including the quality of the tatoo!! I asked for a simple bow tattoo and it was just too difficult for them and they assumed I wanted it black and white.
