Great vibe great people, I called 30 minutes before going in to see if they can accommodate me and sure enough walk-in was welcomed! Got my piercings done quick and professional and within a couple days no pain in the area and they look great!

Have gotten a few cartilage piercings here and they've done an excellent job. Very clean and precise. They always know what they're doing. Definitely coming back. I would highly recommend it!

just to start out I am covered in tattoos and have been tattooed all over the country. plus I have worked in a tattoo shop in las vegas so I might know a little bit about the industry. We are out here...
just to start out I am covered in tattoos and have been tattooed all over the country. plus I have worked in a tattoo shop in las vegas so I might know a little bit about the industry. We are out here on a trip to see family and decided to get halloween tattoos little spur of the moment no biggie. except every shop is closed. going down the list came across tattoo factory about 20 mins to 9pm. talked to a female told her the situation she agreed to stay there for us. awesome. get there the building is pretty cool with the 2 story setup but typical tattoo shop. smelled like a tattoo shop and was nice and clean. no apparent issues. Janna (sorry if it's not spelt correct). came out talked with us abit took our ideas and drew up exactly what we wanted. time to get to work. she did a great job. they were pretty basic tattoos but she was light handed and had great techniques so I could tell she knows what she is doing. wife even got a piercing after the tattoo. overall great experience and the price was right. really appreciate her sticking around after hours for us too even though the tattoos weren't big money makers.

I absolutely love this place. I have 8 tattoos all done by Al. If you're looking for a place with great customer service, this is the place to go!

To put it simply, this shop is great. There's no one other than Tony that I would trust to continue inking me and the sleeve on my right arm is evidence of that. The sleeve that I'll ultimately get on...
To put it simply, this shop is great. There's no one other than Tony that I would trust to continue inking me and the sleeve on my right arm is evidence of that. The sleeve that I'll ultimately get on my left arm will be further evidence of that. Friendly, creative, precise and fair with the pricing. Can't be beat.
