Nice, clean small shop. The location isn't the best for parking. I've heard great things about the shop so I came in for a consult and left with a tattoo. I just got a tattoo from these guys and it was amazing. Even though I just popped before another persons appointment, I was still able to get my tattoo done fast and with amazing detail. The place is a little small but it doesn’t hinder the artists I’m any way and they really focus on their work. Everyone in my family goes to Flash for their tattoos.  I need a new one will go there soon.  Once you start getting tat's you can't stop.  I've been dieing for the tree of life.  I was away in Maimi in July-2017 and got a new butterfly on my wrist and I should of waited.  The artist messed it up according to my family.  I hope Flash can fix it and make it pretty like the other ones they have done prior to bday gift on my wrist.  Great spot and affordable. Not happy with the tatoo that i got on my arm does not look professional or art at all i would not go back at all to this place ; besides they were drinking the whole time while working , very unprofessional they suck ; if you want a quality tatoo dont go there i wish i knew ; now i have to go somewere else to get it covered or something😤 Read Less

Pretty good tats, for a decent price, and the more stuff you get at once, the cheaper it all is. yeah i mean if ur easily creeped out like some of the other people posting reviews on here, then yeah you might not like the atmosphere or what goes on....but I've never gotten a bad tat. One day me and my girlfriend went there and she got a two tats, I got a colored tat and I got an old tat shaded and touched up. And we each got piercings. Since we got alot of stuff we discussed it and got a deal for like $250 for all of that combined. I've been to other places that wanted to charge me that amount or more for one small tattoo. BTW both of my tats from there still look great and that was like two years ago. So mine don't look watered down or anything, and my friend went there and got a tat on the inside of her lip, it faded in two days, so we went back and told them and they apologized sincerely and they did it again and it was perfect. When it comes to price and quality or anything you have to say, just tell them. It may seem intimidating maybe for some, but Flash is a great guy, and they are all very nice and reasonable. And yes you won't hear hip hop in there, but I've seen every type of person in there, because it's cheap and good. I've also seen them deal with young people and first timers, and they are great at talking to them, being nice, and keeping them calm. So go to 4th street n get tatted up! Read Less

They mix there colors with water to be cheap, so your black tattoos come out gray, colors look faded, and the owner flash was a crack head, not to mention i've gotten tattoos done by him, and he was drinking the whole time. they follow all standard health rules but if ur looking for a quality tat, this is not the place to go! stay way.
