Very dope artists but today they lost me as a loyal customer and my husband as a potential new customer. I've gotten 4 tattoos done here with no problems. I was so pleased I referred my husband to get a tattoo here as well. Last week I scheduled his appointment for today at 12:30pm. The shop opens at 12. He arrived there at 10 mins to 12. At 12:38 he let me know he was coming back home because the shop was locked, lights off no one there. I texted the tattoo artist to see wha...t happened and was advised "had to go back and get the key. Be there in 15." That would've put it at around 1 pm that the shop would be open-an hour late and 30 mins past the scheduled appointment. When I let the artist know that my husband was going to go elsewhere given the wait, the artist replied "lol ok" and proceeded to tell me that the original price I was quoted would increased if he changed his mind. I let him know it was never about the money as I've spent a good deal of money there in a short amount of time on my own tattoos. However today was about professionalism and it was severely lacking. It was as if we were supposed to be ok with a late opening. He had my number, knew of the appointment and could've texted me or left a note to indicate that he'd be late. None of this was done. This was a bad first impression for a potential new customer and also bad for me as someone who is referring this artist and this shop to people. I still have yet to receive an apology or recognition of professional fault and at this pin I would t accept it anyway because it'd only be initiated because of this negative review. I won't deny the artist is talented but I will say this left a bad taste in my mouth and I'd rather my money go to someone and some place with more professionalism, humility, and desire to upkeep customer satisfaction. People that were going for their first tattoo had a great experience and friends that have ink said that they did the best of all their current tattoos. Great people. Team environment. Fair pricing. Went on Monday got a daith piercing. Done by Kam He took his time to mark it all and I wasn't sure it could be done cuz my ears are small, clamp hurt more lol but once he did the piecing itself never felt it. ...
