Absolute best places I’ve been. Went in for three sessions with Steve for my back piece. Started out with a drawing of mine (not great, I’m no artist) that I gave him, that he improved and put more detail in. We scheduled our first appointment where he did the outlining and basic shading. The entire time he was extremely informative and easy going. He answered all of my questions and showed a genuine interest in the meaning of my tattoo, using that to make it all the more better. Honestly, honestly honestly. Love. Found Denise on Instagram, she posted a flash she drew up, contacted her about getting it. She responded right away very enthusiastic.We made an appointment, she even drew up an alternate version for me to pick from to give me options.Went with the original one Bc it's dope as hell.While she was scanning it and prepping sizes I looked around the waiting area: super clean, not cluttered w cheap as flash everywhere. Instead there's art works from all the artists on the wall (kinda like a mini fine art gallery) everything up for sale and it was a cute way to show the styles of the different tattooers in the shop.Denise maybe the artist with the least amount of years under her belt, but let me tell you, her line work is on POINT. The tattoo came out to be the best of any work I've got and we vibed so well listening to her early 2000s emo music I've been back twice and have an appointment for a 3rd.I got both tattoos from her in redoculous spots and she handled them like a boss. I have exactly 2 tattoos, both done by Steve at Art in Motion! The first is a long stemmed red rose with my wedding rings at the end of the stem and my wedding date above (my husband has the matching ink). The second is a daisy with my daughter's name in script within the stem. They're absolutely gorgeous. I live in NC now, and if my husband and I are blessed with another child, I will ONLY go to Steve for this baby's birth flower tattoo!! Read Less
