Terrible. If I could give them Zero Stars, I would. I am one of the Lucky Ones who received my deposit back but it wasn’t without a lot of calls, a visit and an argument. So unprofessional. What Randi is doing is Wrong. We paid for a service and we were promised our money back if we did not get that service. The girls left Dynasty for whatever reason, so we can not have our service completed at Dynasty. We deserve our money back without being strung along and playing games. Read Less

I had an appt to get my brows done and the owner wouldn't give me my deposit back. He said there was no record of an appt in the computer, when just then , the curly blonde girl behind the desk read to me the date I had rescheduled for. He's a blatant egotistical liar who will talk in circles . You have to have a deposit to make an appt, I had an appt, so why couldn't I have my deposit back? I had a receipt and id that he took...and copied...and still said no. Awful business. Read Less

I used to really love coming to Dynasty. But lately, the customer service has really gone downhill. My mom had a appointment to have her eyebrows done, but the owner and the new girl at the front desk refused to give me my deposit back. I find this super disappointing, as I drove for an hour (one way) to get there, and was denied my refund. Read Less

Owner is extremely unprofessional. Shushed a client while she was speaking. Wouldn't give my friends their deposits back, even though their policy states that they return them within 24 hours notice. Also he told me they he may not even return my deposit. That's bad business. Someone should put him in his place. Very disorganized man. Super disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would. Very respectful and courteous staff! I live 260 miles away and I go there because of Nikki, well actually I took my wife there, but I saw her work and thought this is the person to go to. Once you get there, she is really informative, patient and nice to talk to. She'll answer any questions you have and will always try to alleviate any apprehension you might have about what she is going to do. Most importantly from all this is that they are CLEAN, VERY clean. Dynasty is a FANTASTIC place for all of your body art needs. All of the artists are amazing, friendly, and professional; I'm not getting tattooed there at the moment because my tattoo artist relocated, so I haven't been personally tattooed by any of the artists there at the moment. Dave is the best piercer in South Jersey, no lie. He is the only one I will let pierce me. I send everyone I know to him because he honestly does such a fantastic job. Five stars for Jersey! Easily the best artist I've had. Super helpful, and very calm despite a very large and painful piece being done on my back and ribs. The staff was informative and cool, and I had a great experience here. Shop is clean, and while the prices are a little steep, it's definitely worth it for the high-quality work you receive. Remember, a tattoo will be on you for the rest of your life- you don't want to be cheap here!I think they take walk-ins, but the artists are so good they're booked a month or more in advance, so make an appointment if possible.
