I got my first tattoo by half pint! She was absolutely incredible, I was a big baby and super nervous about it. She turned on the kind of music I like and reassured me that where I was getting it and how big it was it wouldn’t be too bad. My friend and I came in yesterday for tattoos. Well the line was long when we got there at 3 but we still sat patiently and waited for 31/2 hours. The lady running the desk came up to my friend and told us we were going to be going in soon. Then we went outside to smoke, came back in not 5 minutes later. Apparently shadow (the owner) had come out to get my friends paper. We were then rudley infromed our paper was moved to the back bc we were trying to "cut the line". All beca...use my friend wanted two tattoos, which we were told was ok from the get. Not only did that not make sense but when we asked we were informed shadow, the owner told the girl at the front to tell us "If you don't like it then get the fuck out." After waiting almost 4 HOURS at that point and there were still many behind us. My friend was so poorly treated and very dissapointed especially after a long wait. It's safe to say he will not be returning. I've also gotten a few really cool tattoos from your shop as well and some piercings. I however won't be returning as well, after seeing how you treat your patronage. Hopefully you can find the respect that you generally should treat a human being with. Went here for my birthday, and was extremely happy with everything. The staff was simply great, and the work is amazing. Shadow is a phenomenal artist. The work and detail are some of the best, that I have seen at conventions and on the street. He made me feel completely comfortable, joking around and even played music I like. I got my nose pierced here for my 13th birthday and it's an amazing place. Very clean and welcoming employees. Tool were sanitized and cleaned right in front of me before use. I was a walk in and it was a very quick procedure and very short stay. Well priced for amazing results. Read Less

What an experience! Definitely worth the long wait to get my nose and daith pierced during their piercing special event. The piercer was so nice and professional with a steady hand. Today I got my second tattoo & had no idea what I was in for. After waiting a few hours on Friday the 13th (a day expected to be busy at a tattoo shop), I met my artist, Nacho and an apprentice, Half Pint. They were both amazing in caring for me even after I started to feel weird from the pain. They were both concerned and made sure I had everything I need to start again. I came in today for the 20 dollar piercing special. The wait was long as hell but so worth it. I got my tongue and navel pierced and couldn’t be any happier with the way both of them turned out. Neither hurt at all and immortal made sure to give me detailed instructions for aftercare and answer any questions I had after each piercing was done. Soooo. Yeah I'm giving Eternal Ink Tattoo & Piercing Studio 5 stars and I know what you are thinking. Wow... that's huge.. why? Well sit back, relax and I'll tell you about my awesome experience. I came in to the shop with my daughter to get her first tattoo and we didn't really know where to go and Eternal Ink was really close to us, so we gave it a shot. Employees Half-Pint and Nacho were on duty and from the moment we walked in they were extremely friendly and showed genui...ne interest in what my daughter and I had to say, which put her at ease, but this is just the icing... While my daughter was getting inked I talked to them about a Marvel comics related piece that I had wanted to get on my leg for a long time. The staff was so excited and eager to talk to me about what characters I wanted and how I wanted the piece to look, with that I knew right away we picked the right place. When I came in for my first sitting (done by Shadow) he was calming and cool as a cucumber. His touch was super delicate and meticulous. It was a pleasure to watch an artist put his best efforts into making one of my dreams come true. While inking me, he explained in great detail exactly how he was tattooing me and why his approach was the way it was. We talked about my skin type and the best methods of getting the tattoo to look exactly the way I wanted it too. I've been tattooed many times in the past and no one has ever shown this level of knowledge, attention to detail and desire for me to understand the process. During the almost 5 hour session Nacho and Half-Pint came in to check on us more then once to make sure we were good and to see if we needed anything. Awesome customer service if I say so myself! They were just as excited to see the work being done on me as I was to get it done. That made me feel comfortable. It really felt like I was enjoying the company of good friends and not just getting a service done. I really could go on and on, but I think you should be getting the point about how awesome this group of artists are. After the work was done Shadow didn't just hand me a sheet of paper with instructions. He took my number and messaged me full details of exactly what I needed to do to preserve the beautiful work that was done. Then to top it off, the next day he reached out to me to see how I was doing and make sure everything was going well while I healed. Take a step back and be honest with yourself... that's amazing service isn't it? Anyway, it is time to bid you all adieu. My youngest son and I went here on the first anniversary of the death of his brother, my first born son, to have memory tattoos done. They did a really nice job and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. I have nothing to compare as this was my first tattoo. But my son has quite a few. Walking in to four people sitting on couches and eating is not a good first impression. Neither is the piercer, who didnt wash his hands before putting on gloves (health code violation). Nor is it great it looked painful for someone to even acknowledge me, like it's their job or something . The only thing I needed was for someone to switch out my tragus jewelry that the old piercer put in too tightly, so really it was up to them to fix it. But the new guy wanted $5 to change it out, in cash. Don't go to this place, there are many more places to chose from that are better. Read Less

This is the second time I got a tattoo from this place. My appt was at 6:30 the guy Eric who did my tattoo showed up an hour late and was very inappropriate to me during the whole process saying he'd love to do an under boob tattoo or sternum tattoo on me because I have big boobs. I recently took my 13 year old daughter here to get her bellybutton pierced and I have to say this place is super clean and friendly. The girl at the front desk is so sweet and the big guy that did her piercing was great. He walked her through the whole thing and gave her a nice ring because he knew she was freaked out.
