Got my last tattoo here...despite it being rather simple design Elle took her time, was amazing to talk to through the whole experience, and really just made the whole experience easy! How can I start? I decided to get my first tattoo about 8 months ago.  Elle was extremely patient, understanding, and gave her professional opinion without being pushy. Since then I have gotten two more tattoos (she was right they are extremely addicting!) and I have received soooo many compliments on her work. Where do I even begin...I decided to check out this tattoo place because I have a friend that got one there that came out good. I was interested in getting my first tattoo... so you could imagine I was a little nervous. Elle clearly has ZERO patience for costumers that are not covered in tattoos as I immediately got the vibe that she was not interested in my business simply because I had a few questions such as what the process is. Being that this is my first tattoo, I of course wanted to have someone with me (pretty standard). I set my appointment and Elle told me if I had any questions or changes needed in the appointment to just reach out. The next day my sister informed me that she could not get off of work that day so I politely asked Elle if there was another appointment time available earlier in the day either the weekend of even the next! I was not at all demanded and left the book wide open for available times. She responded saying that I was asking (DIRECT QUOTE) "a bit too much and I cannot schedule an appoitment around someone that isn't getting tattood". I said I understood and that I was just wondering if another time was available in the next few weeks (does anyone see where I'm wrong yet?). She responded saying that she is politely refusing my business and basically said that I was being annoying and my money wasn't even worth it. IF I COULD POST THE SCREENSHOTS I WOULD! I am not kidding when I say all I did was ask to move my appointment.. which by the way was in three weeks so it's not like a rescheduled last minutes. I was going to get a rib tattoo (painful) so I understandably didn't want to go alone. I am FUMING! I am so happy I did not give her my money. She was unprofessional from the beginning and her tattoos are just as good as many other shoppes. So I honestly wouldn't give her my business if I were you. She tried to be nice in the delivery of her refusing my business because she knew I was going to post it online. I am sitting her trying to figure out what I said that was so ridiculous but I have NEVER heard of someone refusing business because of a reschedule request. I even apologized if I came off rude (which I totally didn't, I simply asked if there was another time that works best for her) and she immediately said she won't tattoo me. I am so happy I know this now before letting her anywhere near my body with that horrible attitude. She is definitely the type that will f*** up your permanent body work if she doesn't like you. DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR MONEY. She is ungrateful and rude. Read Less
