Decided to give this shop a try when my tattoo artist opened a shop too far for me to travel. I was looking for a cute little tattoo for my husband, and ended up sitting with Masha to talk about some ideas. She ended up coming up with a super cute tea cup idea, and did it that day. I LOVE IT. It adorable, the line work is pretty perfect, and I love the colors she used. I’m having her do a pretty large back piece to cover up something I don’t lIke, and after my first 4 hour... session, I’m thrilled with how it’s coming along. Everyone at the shop is super friendly, and makes you feel very comfortable. The shop itself is very clean and well maintained, and you can tell everyone that works there takes pride in what they do. There are way too many good things to say about heirloom. They are clean, professional, and incredibly friendly! Whether it's your first tattoo or fiftieth, you're in for a great experience. My twin sister and I walked in on a weekday to get our first tattoo. The artist Denny greeted us immediately and was extremely friendly. We explained it would be our first tattoo and he was understanding, and answered all of our questions and concerns. The shop was extremely clean and organized. I was on holiday (from Britain) in mid-July, so not only was my first tattoo going to be in a foreign place, I was also budgeted. These guys were incredible on all fronts. Chad worked with me within my budget to get the most out of my proposed design. I went in on the Wednesday, and booked the appointment for the following Friday. I got my first tattoo here a couple months ago. The tattoo I wanted was really small and simple. I forgot who did my tattoo but he completed fucked it up. He didn't consult with me and he made me feel rushed and he almost made it seem like I was bothering him/pissing him off for telling him what kind of tattoo I wanted. The tattoo was just absolutely awful and uneven. I left and I started crying because of how awful it was. My friend eventually brought me back to the tattoo parlor an hour later because he thought it was unacceptable. The guy who initially did my tattoo wasn't there anymore and some other guy, who was really nice and chill, attempted to fix it. He also gave me a free t-shirt because he probably felt bad.Also, the guy who first did my tattoo literally ripped me off. He made me pay $60 for a tattoo that was literally two small dots. I had a friend that had gotten a tattoo at this same place. He got a really big tattoo on his collar bone and he also paid $60.Overall, I just had a really really bad experience here and I suggest everyone to get a tattoo at a better place with real artists. I had originally gone to see Tiffany to get my eyebrow pierced and ended up speaking to Dave about a cover up of two old tattoos on my right calf. He was very straightforward about my original idea, that it wouldn't cover properly, and took the time to discuss what would work. We decided on a dire wolf, to cover a yin yang and a badly done chilli pepper. The end result is amazing. He is incredibly gentle (I actually fell asleep a couple of times) and the work is beautiful. Let's start at the beginning. These guys are so strict when it comes to sanitation. In my experience, cleanest shop I've been to by far. Not your every day shop. This place is clean and professional beyond belief. Second, the art. I've been to and/or seen the work produced elsewhere nearby and it is clear that if you're looking for clean lines and perfect tattoos Heirloom is the only game in town...even county. It's extremely apparent how picky they are when it comes to staff. Don't take my word for it, look their work up online and on instagram. Insane. Last but not least is the overwhelming feeling of comfortability. These guys are so friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and getting exactly what it is you came in to get. every customer is welcomed with a smile and plenty of time is given one on one to ensure that every expectation is met. Took our 10 year old daughter to have her earlobes pierced by Tiffany and while I was there I had my daith done. Tiffany is the most professional piercer in the business. She is the person you want to go to if you want it done correctly. Please don't take your children to get their ears done with a piercing gun at the mall, go to a pro like Tiff! As a former employee, i can say that if you go anywhere else in the area for a tattoo, youd be a fool. I tattooed along side dave and sam for about a year and a half. Youre not not going to get a cleaner, longer lasting product anywhere else. Dont think twice. I have several tattoos on my body from both dave and sam, and they still look as fresh as day 1. I just got my very first tattoo here with Sam. In all, it was a very good experience. He made sure that he sketched out my tattoo exactly as I wanted it, let me show him where I wanted to put it, and made sure to clean everything before starting. At the end I loved the tattoo and definitely will come back for more in the future. Professional Body Piercer doesn't describe Tiffany well enough. Even though this is her bread and butter, she's not going to jeopardize your health all for the sake of money!!! She's honest, gives you options that work for you and is very accommodating. If she doesn't carry something you want.......guess what she'll order it for you asap.
