No way. Went in for a piercing and the staff were not friendly and seemed put out by us. Took their own sweet time disinfecting the materials. Then, after waiting 30 minutes, we were told that they forgot to autoclave the instrument to close the piercing and that would take another hour. While I appreciate the effort of cleanliness, it was a major inconvenience. I guess they didn’t think to check the equipment first ??

Came in to get a tattoo touched up that I had gotten from another shop. Mark took my tattoo and made it something beautiful. He took his time even though the shop was closing soon and is extremely professional and an awesome dude. Will only be going here from now on.

It was a nice tattoo shop and fun working with Marc... until we got in an argument and they banned me from the shop 😢 Now I’m unwelcomed there. I was a loyal, paying customer but I guess that wasn’t enough to secure a spot getting tattoos 😭 Very hurt by the disrespect and unfairness I received.
Update: No I did not “threaten” anybody. I spoke the truth when I said one of the employees there flirted with me and led me on. The tattoo came out fairly decent but I could’ve been treated better & with more respect than what was given.

Kevin and Brian have a very clean shop always making sure you get what you want. I had a few small tattoos done there....the most recent was an original after a couple of my favorite people passed away in 2017 - My "Amazing Grace" tattoo was drawn by me but Brian cleaned it up and its excellent.....12 wing edges to represent the 12 apostles was a great addition .....Brian took good care of me - PLUS THEY PLAY GREAT MUSIC IN THEIR SHOP! Keeping it Freehold! Thanks guys!

Kevin is absolutely crushing my tattoo. He is finishing up a sleeve that was started by someone else and he had to cover up some stuff as well and really has done amazing work so far. I still want a lot more work done and Kevin is the man to do it. Everyone in the shop is friendly and are really accommodating with my schedule because i had to cancel an appointment lately and they were cool with me rescheduling.

This is definitely my favorite shop, got two tattoos here so far and am more then happy with both of them. I was tattooed by Brian and by Kyle ( at separate times ). Their apprentice is a really cool dude along with everyone there! Only met Kevin for a short amount of time and didn't get much time to chat with him but from what I've heard he's a great guy too! Overall great experience in the shop and I'll be back very soon !

This was one of the best shops I've ever been to. Brian was awsome and I definitely recommend him. I was a walk in and as soon as my wife and I stepped into the shop we were immediately greeted by the apprentice who was also very helpful. The professionalism was amazing along with the atmosphere . Also Brian was by himself at the time and even though customers kept coming in wanting tattoo's it didn't seem to phase him. He took his time with my tattoo regardless of the customers that the shop started to fill up with. And the finished product really shows. Thanks again Freehold Tattoo and Brian. Definitely coming back for more!!!

No way. Went in for a piercing and the staff were not friendly and seemed put out by us. Took their own sweet time disinfecting the materials. Then, after waiting 30 minutes, we were told that they forgot to autoclave the instrument to close the piercing and that would take another hour. While I appreciate the effort of cleanliness, it was a major inconvenience. I guess they didn’t think to check the equipment first ??

It was a nice tattoo shop and fun working with Marc... until we got in an argument and they banned me from the shop 😢 Now I’m unwelcomed there. I was a loyal, paying customer but I guess that wasn’t enough to secure a spot getting tattoos 😭 Very hurt by the disrespect and unfairness I received.

I still want a lot more work done and Kevin is the man to do it. This is definitely my favorite shop, got two tattoos here so far and am more then happy with both of them. I was tattooed by Brian and by Kyle ( at separate times ). Their apprentice is a really cool dude along with everyone there! Only met Kevin for a short amount of time and didn't get much time to chat with him but from what I've heard he's a great guy too! This was one of the best shops I've ever been to. Brian was awsome and I definitely recommend him. I was a walk in and as soon as my wife and I stepped into the shop we were immediately greeted by the apprentice who was also very helpful. The professionalism was amazing along with the atmosphere . Also Brian was by himself at the time and even though customers kept coming in wanting tattoo's it didn't seem to phase him. He took his time with my tattoo regardless of the customers that the shop started to fill up with. And the finished product really shows. Thanks again Freehold Tattoo and Brian. Definitely coming back for more!!!
